9000 10000 Mia.About SL I The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to chemical thermal treatment of metals, in particular to compounds for nitriding into the melt, and can be used in machine-treading, road transport and other industries, Nitrogen, containing nitrogen and nitrogen-sodium trisodium l. The disadvantages of this composition are low saturability, low hardness and wear resistance of the resulting hardened layer. The closest to the invention in terms of its essence and the achieved result is the composition of the melt for nitriding of G2 steels containing sodium nitrate, nitrogen, toxic sodium, silicokaldi and ammonium chloride with the following ratio of comgon gents, wt.%: Nitrogen sodium, 45-50 Nitrogen Sodium 5-8 Smicoccalcium 35-40 Chlorine a mm opium 7-10 0, however, the thickness of the diffusion layer is half-genic when it is processed, its hardness and wear resistance are not: harmful, d tat full-time to answer BeHHijK details eteni is nasptsayuschey increase capacity; on top of hardness and wear resistance. This goal is achieved by the fact that the composition of the melt for the nitriding of steels contains sodium nitride, sodium nitric acid sodium, a calcium-containing component and an activator as calcium-containing. the component contains calcium carbide, and as an activator - fluoride in the following comt / okan ratio 5 May.%: Sodium nitrate 55-60 Sodium nitrate 10-12 Calcium carbide 21-25 Amino fluoride Else The specified proportions of the ingredient on one side are sharp reduce the properties of the nitrated layer. The positive effect of replacing silicocalcium on calcium carbide is due to the higher chemical activity of the latter and its lower decomposition temperature. In addition, silicon is the barrier to the diffusion of nitrogen into the metal base of the product, while the atomic carbon produced by the decomposition of calcium carbide accelerates the process of reducing nitrogen from its oxygen compounds while it is itself a potential diffusant. When using ammonium chloride, shells are observed on the surface of the samples, and the thickness of the diffusion layer is not uniform. Replacing ammonium chloride with fluoride eliminates these undesirable effects. The saturation process is carried out in hot torus crucibles. The melt is prepared as follows. First, a mixture of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite 5 is melted at 500 ° C in an ammonium fluoride solution, and calcium carbide at 550 ° C (granule size 0.51 mm). Then the temperature is raised to and the melt is kept for 1 hour, after which steel parts are immersed in it. Us); eenie held at for three hours. To assess the properties of the obtained layer, its togaquicity is measured, its hardness and wear resistance tests are carried out on an MN type machine under conditions of dry sliding friction at a slip speed of 1; 0 m / h, a load of 10 kg / cm and a test time of 2 h. The counterbody is a disc made of steel Р6М5 (НРС-62). The results of testing samples of steel grades DOH and 38HNUAA. processed in the proposed and known compositions are given in the table. The obtained data show that during processing in the proposed composition the thickness of the layer increases 2-4 times, the surface hardness increases 1 ,, 1 -1, 5 times, and wear resistance 2 times compared with the treatment in the known composition, which is the basebb -i object. The microhardness of the layer on steel 38HNUAA is 6800-7000 MPa in a known composition, and in the proposed composition on the same steel 9000 10,000 Mia.
