The invention relates to medicine, specifically to prosthetic dentistry, and can be used in the manufacture of removable partial laminar dentures. A known method for obtaining an occlusal impression of an elastic support material by placing a peppered material in a tooth-lined plaque frame with a wire frame followed by inserting the wire frame into the oral cavity and obtaining an impression C I1. However, this method allows to obtain an occlusal impression only from the lower jaw. There is also known a method for obtaining an occlusal impression of an elastic impression material by placing it between dental rows followed by 4ixation of the jaws in the central occlusion position 2 However, this method has low accuracy and does not allow to obtain a one-to-one mapping of the prosthetic floor of the prosthetic jaw and antagonizing teeth in the central-occlusioin position. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and quality of the manufacture of the cast by simultaneously displaying in the cast of the prosthetic floor of the prosthetic jaw and antagonizing teeth in the central-occlusal position, as well as maintaining the continuity and strength of the relief of clenched teeth. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of obtaining an occloidal impression of elastic sheath material by placing it between the dental rows with subsequent fixation of the jaws, in the central-occlusive position, before fixing the jaws in the central-occlusal position between the dental rows, set in the form alveolar process mesh plate of resiliently elastic material Figure 1 shows a general view of the impression trays for the upper jaw; 4Y1G.2 - the same for the lower jaw; Fig.3 section aa on fng.1. A blind spoon, dp, for obtaining an occlusive impression of elastic impression material, contains a handle I, a side 2 connected to the vault 3 with a narrow recess 1 point 4. Between the side 2 and vault 3 in the bed of the spoon. The through groove 5 is made in the shape of the alveolar process. The method of obtaining an occlusive impression of an elastic impression material is that the elastic impression material 6 is placed in an appropriate volume on one side of the spoon facing the prosthetic jaw at the time of impression taking. Then, using wet fingers, push the impression mass 6 in the direction of the through groove 5 and put on the elastic mass an elastic net 7, on which the impression mass 6 is also applied to a smaller volume. Then the spoon with the impression material is inserted into the oral cavity and pressed to the prosthetic jaw in this way , so that the tissues of the prosthetic floor are completely immersed in the impression material, while the spoon is oriented in the oral cavity with the possibility of free passage of the antagonists of the teeth to the contacts 8. The corresponding edge treatment is carried out to cast a conventional manner and offer the patient to close to the tooth rows polnbgo contact antagonist teeth. The elastic grid 7 is thus deformed and retains the shape of the relief of the occlusal surface of the antagonizing teeth under the influence of the structured material. After an occlusive impression is obtained, the spoon is removed from the oral cavity and the models are cast in a known manner. The use of elastically elastic segment makes it possible to improve the accuracy and quality of the cast, to obtain a clear imprint of the occlusal surface of the teeth and to prevent its deformation in the process of putting the occlusal impression into the occluder.
