Description

The invention relates to methods for making meshes with a small diameter of holes of an insulating material. Obtaining such grids with a hole diameter of 20-50 microns presents considerable technological difficulties. To eliminate these difficulties, it is proposed, according to the invention, to use fine nrov (; L () ku with an enamel coating, diameter) which is equal to the diameter of the mesh holes to obtain meshes. Such a stringer is assembled into a parallel beam in such an amount that the cross-section of the beam is equal to the required: the grid area.

п.The wire is clamped in the mandrel, and the space between the individual wires is filled with an insulating substance, for example, a solution of polystyrene, plexiglass, etc.

The insulating solution is filled under vacuum in order to eliminate gas inclusions and pores. After drying or baking with a wire mass, the resulting M01GOLIT is cut in the transverse direction into plates of the desired thickness in accordance with the thickness of the mesh. P1z of megalall plates thus cut are removed electrolytically. Wear the removal part of the plate and carry it off: the fabric is an insulating mesh with holes whose diameter is equal to the wire diameter, and the distance between the holes is determined by the thickness of the enamel coating of the wire. In Japan, the field of manufacture produces wire with a diameter of up to 20 microns; Therefore, the proposed method can produce an insulating mesh with 20 micron openings.
