Description
Однако большинство этих способов страдает р дом недостатков, как-то: значительна трудоемкость и большой расход материалов при незначительной эффективности .The problem of wear (durability) of leather, especially the plantar, is of considerable interest to the leather industry. To improve the durability of leather and products from them, various methods have been proposed, including those based on impregnation (impregnation) of their various resins. However, most of these methods suffer from a number of disadvantages, such as: labor intensiveness and high material consumption with little efficiency.
A method of impregnating leathers and products made from them, devoid of the above disadvantages, i.e., allowing very simple and costly amounts of impregnating material to sushi, is proposed to achieve sush: a natural increase in wear resistance and water resistance. A feature of this method is that polyurethane resins are used for impregnation. In this case, in the case of treatment of the plantar skin, only the subdue part of the cut-out soles is impregnated.
Example. Getting wear-resistant leather soles.

12. Cutting of leather on the part; at the same time, the stretch parts do not impregnate, and the soles are impregnated with a special solution (see below), and only that part of them that is worn, i.e., sweeping. For this purpose, the soles are lowered to the required depth in the impregnation and kept there until the air bubbles are released, which usually takes 15 minutes.
Плошадь и толш,ина подошв не измен етс .After impregnating, the soles are removed from the solution, the excess impregnate is allowed to drain and dried at ordinary temperature to remove the solvent. Area and thickness, insoles does not change.
The experienced sock of the soles produced in this way and the impregnated soles showed a significant increase in wear, as compared with the soles worked out according to a single technique.
Impregnation with the proposed resins (polyurethanes) can be subjected to the soles produced by any other method, as well as the soles produced by a single technique; in this case, the rises are slightly less. In the case of the impregnation of the soles of pure chrome tanning, their wear rises even more than in the first case.
