I Изобретение относитс  к нефтедо&1вак1цей промлпленности, в частности к устройствам дл  ремонта обсад ной колонны в скважине. Известны устройство pj и способ 2J ремонта обсадных колонн. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому  вл етс  устройство дл  ремонта обсадной колонны, содержащее привод расшир ющей конус и про илыый патр бок з. Недостатком известного устройства  вл етс  мала  длина перекрываемого интервала из-за ограниченности рабочего хода поршн  привода. Цель изобретени  - упрощение тех нологии работ и увеличение длины пе рекрываемого интервала. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что устройство дл  ремонта обсадной колонны, содержащее привод, расшир кшщй конус и расшир емый патрубок, снабжено дополнительным расшир ющим конусом, размещенным внутри патрубка,выполненного с утолщенны м во внутрь концами,и св занным с основным. На 4мг . 1 показана схема устройства , привод не показан; на г.2отремонтированна  с помощью предлагаемого устройства обсадна  колонна . Устройство состоит из патрубка 1,внутри которого проходит шток 2 с верхним 3 и нижним 4 расшир ющиьшс  кону . Патру бок верхним концом упираетс  в упор 5, взаимодействующий с приводом. Расшир ющиес  конусы З.и 4 могут быть установлены на штоке 2 18,2 таК,чтобы одновременно расширить оба конца патрубка, или так, чтобы они проходили через концы патрубка поочередно „ В первом случае рассто ние между ними равно дпине патрубка, уменьшенной на длину первого конца;во втором случае рассто ние между концами увеличивают или уменьшают на длину первого конца. Устрорсство работает следующим образом . После спуска устройства в ремонтируемый интервал привод т в действие привод, который т нет вверх шток 2 вместе с расшир ющими конусаки 3 и 4. Последние, проход  через сужени  на концах патрубка расшир ют .внутренний диаметр концов до диаметра средней части патрубка . При этом наружный диаметр концов увеличиваетс  до внутреннего диаметра обсадной колонны. В результате ремонтируеьйт участок остаетс  между концаг«1 патрубка,которые прочно и герметично прижаты к стенкам обсадной колонны. Форма расшир емого патрубка и установка дополнительного расшир ющего конуса позвол ет сократить длину рабочего хода расшир к цего конуса до длины утолщенных концов расшир емого патрубка,тогда как в прототипе она равна,длине самого патрубка. Таким образом; длина рабочего кода расшир ющих конусов не зависит от длины расшир емого патрубка,поэтому последний может быть практически любой необходимой длины.I The invention relates to oil production & 1 production, in particular, casing repair devices in a well. The shape of the expandable nozzle and the installation of an additional expanding cone can reduce the length of the working stroke expanding to its cone to the length of the thickened ends of the expandable nozzle, whereas in the prototype it is equal to the length of the nozzle itself.
