Description

The invention relates to a drilling technique, namely, devices for repairing casing strings in a well.

The known blank patch to cover the interval of damage or focal corrosion in the casing, made of plastic sheath 1.

The disadvantage of this blank patch is its weak adhesion to the walls of the casing.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a blank patch for repairing casing pipes, made of metal longitudinal corrugated pipe 2.

The disadvantage of the workpiece is that it does not provide the required quality and reliability of repair in the range of large longitudinal trains; in, since the repaired pipes can be further disturbed as a result of the effect of radial forces on them when installing the adhesive.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality and reliability of the repair by reducing the stresses in the body of the pipe being repaired in the places of damage.

This is achieved by the fact that the longitudinally corrugated pipe is made in the middle part with a perimeter equal to or less than

up to 3 mm of the inner perimeter of the casing being repaired.

FIG. 1 shows a blank patch; in fig. 2 is a sectional view of FIG. 1. 5 A blank plaster is a longitudinally corrugated pipe 1, made of a thin-walled steel pipe, which is drawn through a special mandrel. The application of the proposed blank patch increases the reliability of repair of corroded pipes, pipes with longitudinal trash, ins, etc.
