Abstract

The invention relates to the operation of oil and gas wells and can be used in building up a cement ring and creating screens from cementing materials behind the casing. The goal is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by providing simultaneous installation of a 2pipe with a casing. To do this, the radial holes of the hollow stem are closed in the initial position with hermetic partitions between the hydraulic cylinders. A hollow rod in the lower part has a cylindrical overlap with a friction lamp mounted on it with the possibility of limited axial movement. Radial holes are made in the hollow stem under the cylindrical shutter. The cylindrical overlap is installed with the possibility of overlapping the latter when the rod moves upwards. After injection and displacement of the grouting material, a repair nipple is located opposite the casing disturbance zone. Description

The invention relates to the drilling and operation of oil and gas wells and can be used when building a cement ring and creating screens from cementing materials behind the casing with subsequent sealing of the casing with a metal patch in oil, gas and water wells.

The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by providing plugging of the ecolonic zone simultaneously with the installation of the repair pipe.

FIG. 1 shows a device for repairing a casing string in a well, lowered into a well, at the time of injection of a plugging material; in fig. 2 - the same when installing the patch.

A device for repairing a casing string in a borehole consists of a core 1, which serves to support the device on a column, a hydraulic jack in the form of a body with successively installed in it hydraulic cylinders 2 with hermetic partitions 3 between them. A hollow rod 4 with pistons 5 located in hydraulic cylinders and radial openings A for connecting the cavity of the rod with the cavities of hydraulic cylinders is telescopically mounted in the housing. The radial holes A are closed in the initial position with hermetic partitions between the cylinders. A hydraulic dorning head 6 is mounted in the lower part of the hollow rod.

A repair nipple 7 is located between the housing and the hydraulic trailing head. In the lower part of the hollow rod under the hydraulic dorning head there is a limited axial movement of a cylindrical locking device 8 with a friction lamp, and under the cylindrical locking device in the hollow shaft there are radial holes 9 for circulating in the initial position of the grouting material. In the upper part, the hollow rod 4 is rigidly connected to the transport column (tubing) 10.

A casing repair device in a well operates as follows.

After lowering it on the transport string of pipes into the well, the radial holes 9 are located opposite the casing disturbed zone. The radial holes 9 are opened by moving the device down. In the initial position, the radial holes A are blocked. With this arrangement of the radial holes A and the open radial holes 9, the grouting material is pumped into the area of the casing disturbance and crushed by the casing.

After injection and displacement of the grouting material, a repair nipple is located opposite the casing disturbance zone. Moving the device upwards, block the radial holes 9 with the cylindrical shutter 8. Then, the device creates a working pressure, and the bark 1 engages with the column.

By moving the transport string of pipes upward, the hydraulic locking head is pulled inside the repair nozzle, the stem holes A come out of the hermetic partitions and the liquid enters the cylinders of the hydraulic jack (Fig. 2). Upon further fluid injection, the hydraulic jack pulls the b-head inside the repair pipe for a length equal to the stroke of the pistons. At the same time, the pipe transport column is lifted by the stroke of the jack pistons. The remaining part of the repair pipe is expanded by the head 6 being pushed through the transport column.
