CX) The invention relates to the purification of gases from phenol, formaldehyde and aniline to be used in the chemical industry. A known method of purifying waste gases from phenol is carried out by preliminary ozonizing the gas to be purified for 10-30 seconds, with a weight ratio of ozone to the amount of phenol and formaldehyde 5-15 and the subsequent absorption of phenol, formaldehyde and their oxidation products in the mass exchange apparatus with alkali solution 11. The disadvantages of the method are the low degree of purification from formaldehyde, the low degree of oxidation of the captured components to COj and HjO, the duration of the purification process (15–35 s), and the fact that it can only be used cleaning gaseous emissions containing not more than 1500 mg / m phenol and concomitant impurities. The closest to the proposed essence is a method for purifying gases from phenol, formaldehyde and ammonia by using an aqueous absorbent containing iron (II) salt, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid at a pH of over 2. 2. However, the known method provides the degree of purification from phenol, formaldehyde and ammonia, equal to 91 93.8-96.3 and 96%, respectively. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification. This goal is achieved by the method of purifying waste gases from phenol, the dehydrate form and related impurities by washing with an absorbent containing water, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid and peroxide mono-sulfur and / or peroxodisulfuric acid. -25 Peroxomoniferous and / or peroxodisulfuric acid 100-200 Water Remaining (up to 1 l) 38 In this process, the cleaning process is carried out at 40. The contact time is 38 seconds and is optimal. Example. The purified gas mixture containing 500 mg / m of phenol, 500 mg / m of formaldehyde and 500 mg / m of aniline and heated to 60 ° C is fed to a mass transfer apparatus, where the absorbent heated to the temperature of the cleaning process is fed in countercurrently. The flow rate of the gas mixture is 2-10 l / min, the duration of the purification process is 6 s, the density of the gas mixture is irrigated with an absorbent 0.5 l / m. The results of purification of the gas mixture from phenol, formaldehyde, and analyte are given in the table. In addition, free nitrogen is formed during the oxidation of aniline along with carbon dioxide and water. By reducing the concentration of ingredients below the specified limits, complete gas cleaning is not ensured, accumulated components accumulate in the absorbent, which can become a source of pollution of the gases being cleaned. Exceeding the specified limits does not improve the absorption properties of the system. A decrease in the process temperature below 40 ° C leads to a decrease in the degree of purification, an increase in it above 70 ° C leads to the decomposition of peroxide compounds — the ingredients of the absorbent. A decrease in the contact time below the specified length leads to a decrease in the degree of purification, an increase to 9 s leads to an unjustified increase in the size of the cleaning equipment. The proposed method allows to increase the degree of purification from phenol, formaldehyde and related impurities up to 100% against 91, 93.8-96.3 and 96%, respectively, in a known method.
