I . The invention of ognosigs for filtration, in particular for filters, and can be used in mining, metallurgical and other industrial fields for dewatering suspensions. Known belt filter containing an infinite filter fabric and drainage base flj. The disadvantages of the known filter are the deterioration of the drainage base, the difficulty of its washing and manufacturing. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a belt filter containing an infinite drum-shaped filter-based sweat-based drainage system. Drilled into the vice-belt with holes, fitted with rugs with grooves and through slots attached only by the edge across the ribbon. The filter also contains vacuum chambers placed under the belt and devices for washing the filter sheet and drainage base, as well as deflecting rollers C2. However, this belt filter is characterized by insufficient reliability of operation, due to the accumulation of sediment between co & ribbons and tape, which prevents the rugs from sticking tightly to the belt and leads to premature destruction of the mats and the filter sheet under the action of vacuum and the mass of the suspension, as well as frequent descents of the filter sheet from the drums. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation by preventing the assembly between the mats and the tape during operation. This goal is achieved by the fact that a belt filter containing an endless filter belt supported on drums, a drainage base made in the form of a belt with openings provided with rugs attached with one edge across the belt and vacuum tubes, is fitted with grooves with grooves and axes connected between an elastic connection, the mats are joined. between them are free edges fixed on parallel axes, which can coaxially move relative to the drums along the wings, and the grooves are made in the form of two concentric arcs, the center of which is located on the axis of the drums. The elastic connections are made in the form of springs or rubber harnesses. Rugs are made of two or more cards. FIG. 1 schematically shows a belt vacuum filter, general view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. i; in FIG. 3, section BB in FIG. 2. The belt vacuum filter consists of a frame 1 with a driving 2 and a tension 3 drums mounted on it, a drive 4, vacuum chambers 5, a loading device 6, a padding device 7, an endless filtering web 8 and an endless drainage base 9 consisting from support tape 10 with holes 11 and mats 12. Rugs 12 are made of 2 or more cards 13, the joining sides of which are fixed on parallel axis x 14, and the adjacent ends of the latter are inserted into the general curtain 15. The groove 16 of the wings 15 is made in the form of two concentric arcs, µ The center of which is located on the axis of the drums 2 and 3. The adjacent ends of the parallel axes 14, on which the joined sides of the cards 13 are fastened, are interconnected by elastic ties 17, made in the form of springs or rubber straps operating on tension. Elastic couplings 17 are mounted on adjacent ends of parallel axes 14 with preliminary tension and are connected to them pivotally. The connection of the scenes 15 and the adjacent ends of the axles 14 is made detachable with a guaranteed clearance. The outer sides of the mats 12 are rigidly fixed, for example with rivets, to the support tape Y. The filter also has a removable roller 18 and a tension roller 19. The dimensions of the cards 13 and their number are determined in each individual case, based on the design features of the filter, however. however, the maximum length of the mats 12 along the longitudinal axis of the filter should not exceed half the diameter of the drummers 2 and 3. The belt vacuum filter works in the following way. The initial slurry enters from the loading device 6 onto a moving infinite filter sheet 8 located in the loading zone on top of the mats 12. The resulting slurry layer passes over the vacuum chambers 5 and is released from the liquid phase that is drained from the vacuum chambers 5 to the collector (not shown ). After passing through the area of the driving drum 2, the phipro & s canvas 8 with the singing skh; adka goes to the discharge roller 18, and then, after passing through the wrist unit 7 and the tensioning roller 19, is loaded onto the gears 12. Before With this, the mats 12, rigidly attached to the supporting tape Yu, are moving along with it along the path, determined by the drive 2 and the tension 3 barbs by us. In the straight sections of the map 13, the mats 12 are tightly pressed to each other and to the support belt 10 by springs or rubber harnesses 17 installed with a preload, and form a continuous drainage surface allowing the filtration process to take place. On curvilinear sections (drums 2 and 3) there is a change in the geometry of the drainage surface. The length of the trajectory of the mats 12 is increased in comparison with the length of the trajectory of the supporting tape 10 and the internal stresses arising in the seal 12 do not break them, but push the cards 13 apart, transferring the force to the elastic links 17. The cards 13 move on the axes 14 along the wings 15 coaxially with respect to the drums 2 and 3, while remaining tightly pressed against the support belt 1O. After passing through the curvilinear portion of the map 13 of the mats 12, under the action of the elastic links 17, again closely shifted toward each other, sooo. Then, tightly pressed against the support belt 10, and the cycle is repeated. I. The use of this invention ensures that the mats fit snugly to the support belt during operation, which eliminates the ingress of sediment between them. This increases the service life of mats by a factor of 2–3, reduces the likelihood of gathering and gusts of filtering cloth, and improves the technological parameters of the filter, which significantly increases its reliability.
