Description
The invention relates to filtering and can be used in engineering and other industrial fields for air preparation in gas turbine installations. Known air-cleaning device containing a roll of filter tape and the regeneration system of the joint venture. However, the known device is characterized by a rapid clogging of the belt with live concentrations of suspended particles in the air stream and an insufficient filtering surface, which limits the performance of the device. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved effect is a filter for CLEANING gases, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet ducts, inside which is installed an endless filter belt with a tension device and rollers, some of which are tensioned, and some are driven and supporting . The tape is equipped with a regenerating device located at the bottom of the C2 building. The disadvantage of this filter is the constant presence of the tape in the flow part of the device, both when the dusty and non-dusty air is fed into it, which leads to increased tape wear and, consequently, a decrease in the service life of the filter. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the filter. This goal is achieved by the fact that a gas cleaning filter comprising a housing with inlet and outlet gas, inside which an infinite filter belt is installed in a tensioning device and rollers, a regenerating device located in the lower part of the housing, is provided with a pusher-hinged-slide link and the mechanism of vertical j-o reciprocating movement of the tape, having guides and actuators arranged at an angle to one another, while the rollers are fixed on the guides in pairs, x One movement of the belt is hinged-sliders, the pusher is fixed on supports, and the regenerative device is placed on the pusher. The filter is equipped with a traction drum and a rope, through which the drive is connected to the pusher. The rollers are arranged in a staggered order in the form of parallel rows, between which the filter belt is passed. FIG. 1 shows a filter for gas cleaning, a sectional top view; in fig. 2 - the same, in the retracted position; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. The gas cleaning filter consists of a body 1, a cleaning stage 2 and 3, an endless filter belt 4, an envelope of the driving drum 5 and rollers 6 arranged in parallel rows in a checkerboard pattern. The supports 7 of the rollers 6 are placed in the grooves of the guides 8 installed in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the axes of the rollers 6, while the guides 8 are set at an angle to each other, and the converging ends are directed in the direction opposite to the arrangement of the driving drum 5. Each a pair of rollers 6 are interconnected by hingedly slider ties 9. On the roller supports 6 of the first rows of each cleaning stage 2 and 3, a pusher 10 is mounted, to which ropes 11 and 12 are attached, connected through a system of blocks 13 with a traction drum 14, o naschennym reverse drive (not shown). A fixed regenerating device 15 is installed behind the first 2 stages of cleaning, and a second 16J fixed to the pusher 10 is installed. The endless belt 4 is equipped with a tension device 17. The case 1 has a cavity 18 located outside the zone of the stream to be cleaned. In which, besides the driving drum 5, a traction drum 14 with a reversing drive is placed, a regenerating device 15 and a tension device 17. The device operates as follows. When applying dusty atmospheric air, the latter passes through two stages of cleaning 2 and 3 and is cleaned with a filter belt. After passing the air of the first 2 stages of cleaning, the tape 4 is cleaned by reverse purging with compressed air in the stationary regenerating device 15, and after the second 3 stages in the movable device 16. In the absence of dust, atmospheric air moves the filter belt 4 into the cavity 18 of the housing 1, freeing the air cleaning device . The filter belt 4 is displaced by the pusher 10 through a bar 14 with a rope 12 with a pull force of a reversing drive. The pusher 10 moves along the guides 8 alternately takes all the supports 7 of the rollers 6, shifts them into the cavity 18, whereby the change in the length of the tape 4 is compensated by the tension device 17, and the change in the center distance between the control rollers 6 is articulated with sliders 9, In addition, the recovery device 504 moves together with the pusher 10. To reverse the belt 4, the traction drum 14 is reversed, transmitting force through the cable 11 placed on the system of blocks 13 to the pusher 10, which begins to move into the flow path In this case, installing the filter belt 4 with the rollers 6 to its original position, / removing the filter belt from the flow part of the gas cleaning device in the absence of dustiness of the stream being cleaned reduces the hydrodynamic resistance to almost zero and increases the service life of the filter belt and the entire device whole
