The invention relates to equipment for the mechanical separation of bulk materials by size and can be used for screening materials in coal, salt, chemical industry, pulping of building materials and other household goods. The known screen includes a screening surface in the form of an infinite canvas stretched on vibro g elements made in the form of pulleys mounted coaxially with them and the rollers. Vibrating elements are provided with discrete elastic shells ij. A disadvantage of the known screening is the low screening efficiency when separating difficult materials, since elastic discrete shells within contact with vibrating elements have a constant length of the contact perimeter, which does not allow to regulate the amplitude of oscillations of the screening surface due to the radius of the centers of the carrier rolls. The closest to the invention in terms of the technical essence and the achieved effect is a screen including a screening surface in the form of an endless perforated cloth stretched on a driving and tension vibrator and made in the form of watches, coaxial with them, drove with rollers. the roar is characterized by insufficient productivity when using thin perforated cloths due to their limited traction ability. This is due to the fact that, due to insufficient transverse rigidity, sifting The average width of the screen does not participate in transverse oscillations, and the entire screening surface does not participate in the round-up movement of the vibrating elements, i.e. the carrier rollers rotate practically idle. Due to the absence of longitudinal movement of the screen, the screening process occurs on a limited the area of the screening surface, which reduces the performance of the screen. The purpose of the invention is to increase the screen performance by increasing the screening capacity of the screening surface, as well as reliability. . This goal is achieved by the fact that in the screen, including the screening surface, in the form of an endless perforated canvas, pulled over the lead and tension vibrating elements, made in the form of pulleys, coaxial with them, drove with rollers, each vibrating element has a tension roller and an annular belt which is tensioned onto the rollers of the carrier and tension roller and is kinematically connected with the screening surface. In addition, the tension vibration of the body element with the tension roller is mounted on a spring-loaded half frame. FIG. 1 shows a crash, general view; in fig. 2 - the same plan view; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 1 (cross section of vibro beef elements). The screen includes a screening surface 1 in the form of an endless perforated canvas, a natogun drive and tension vibrating elements, made respectively as a lead 2 and a driven (tension) 3 pulleys consisting of two supporting rings 4 and 5 coaxially installed with them drove 6 and 7 with rollers 8. In addition, each vibration element is provided with a rigid ring belt (e.g., conveyor belt) 9 and 10 and tension roller 11 and 12. Belts are tensioned on pulleys 2 and 3 vibration elements and tension rollers 11 and 12. So, sift and the surface 1 is in contact with the support rings 4 and 5 and the rollers 8 led 6 and 7 not directly, but through intermediate elements - conveyor belts 9 and 10, tightening rings 4 and 5 and rollers 8, thanks to the tension rollers 11 and 12. For material loading is the upper duct 13, and for unloading - the lower duct (divider) 14. The support rings 4 (with outer radius R) of the driving pulley 2 are mounted and secured against rotation on the fixed frame 15 of the rumble. The support rings 5 of the driven (tensioning) pulley 3 are mounted on the movable half frame 16 with the possibility of free rotation. 3. 1 Drivers 6 and 7 receive rotation from a drive consisting of engine 17, gear 18, coupling 19 connecting the output shaft of the gear to shaft 20 during drive 6 of drive pulley 2. Shaft 21 of carrier 7 of driven (tension) pulley 3 kinematically connected to the shaft 20 by a chain transmission 22, the axes of the rollers are fixed in forks 23 associated with the mechanism for adjusting the radius of the centers of the rollers 8 (not shown). The roar works as follows. Engine durability is transmitted by means of a chain drive to 22 drovers 6 and 7 with rollers 8. Rollers 8 drove 6, interacting with the ring conveyor belt 9, communicate through it the pulsator movement of the surface projectides at speed Ud relative to the fixed support rings 4 by rolling them, and vertical vibrations are also transmitted to this surface with a certain amplitude QH. The adhesion forces between the belt 9 and the support rings 4 are created by means of a spring-loaded tensioning roller 11, and the friction forces between the screening surface 1 and the belt 9 due to the tensioning (driven) pulley 3 mounted on the spring-half frame 16. The rollers 8 are drove 7, interacting with the annular conveyor belt 10, the vertical oscillations of the sifting surface relative to the support rings 5, which receive free rotation due to friction between the sifting surface 1 and the annular conveyor, are communicated through it. 10 and the support rings themselves 5. The frictional forces between the propelling surface 1 and the belt 10 are provided by installing the driven (tension) pulley 3 on the spring-loaded half frame 16, which is movable relative to the fixed semi-frames 15. The friction forces between the belt 10 and the core 5 and the rings 5 are provided at the expense of the tensioned spring-loaded roller 12 mounted on the half-frame 16. Thus, the proposed design allows to increase the productivity and reliability of the screen.
