пучие материалыf1 The invention relates to a drying technique and is intended for drying agricultural materials. Carousel dryers are mainly known for drying low-bulk materials, containing a rotating chamber with a perforated bottom and various types of working organs for permanent separation and unloading of material from the bottom fll A disadvantage of the known dryers is that they cannot create and permanently maintain the layer specified , tire thickness when drying bulk materials. If the layer is too thin, the material begins to gush in places. As the layer thickens, its resistance increases and the capacity of the dryer decreases. The unevenness of the layer thickness also reduces the productivity, since in order to avoid a breakthrough of the heat carrier, the squaw material is obviously intended to take the thickness of the layer with a large margin. According to the main auth. No. 333381 a known rotary dryer for agricultural materials, comprising a feed conveyor and a rotating annular drying chamber with a perforated bottom to introduce the coolant into the layer of the material being dried, the outer wall of the chamber is equipped with rolling bearings for rotation under the influence of friction of the material being dried about it. on the bottom, driven in from the external drive, and between. an annular gap is formed by the outer wall and the bottom of the bottom, which is connected to a window for unloading dry material La, for example, by means of a conveyor belt W - -. I in such a dryer also fails to maintain a layer of bulk solids of a given thickness. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of drying by maintaining a layer of predetermined thickness during the loading process. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the carousel supershalki in the drying chamber an additional feeder is installed in the hopper eide with an open bottom end located along the entire radius of the chamber behind the unloading device, and the hopper is installed with the possibility of vertical movement. 0 FIG. 1 shows schematically the proposed dryer; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. The dryer contains an external enclosure 1, an internal enclosure 2 and a perforated bottom 3 of the drying chamber, which is rotatably mounted on a stationary base 4. The base has a window 5 for entering the heat carrier. In the drying chamber above the bottom 3 there is a working body of the unloading device for layer-by-layer separation and unloading of the dried material. In this case, it is designed as a chain milling cutter 6 inserted into the material and discharging it through a window in the socle 4. The milling cutter 6 does not interfere with the rotation of the drying chamber, since the bottom 3, which has its own drive (not shown), is not associated with an external the enclosure 1, which is located above the cutter and is rotated under the influence of friction forces on it to be dried material. A conveyor 7 is provided for loading low-bulk materials. The bulk materials are fed into the drying chamber with a norium 8 through a feeder 9 mounted above the cutter 6 on the brackets 10 with the possibility of vertical movement. The feeder 9 is made in the form of a bunker, the walls of which in places fit to the brackets 10 are vertical. The lower open end of the bunker is located along the entire radius of the drying chamber behind the cutter 6 so that the lower edge of its front wall (right in figure 2) coincides with the beginning of the dotted line, which shows the material level after unloading the lower layer and during the unloading process the inclined part of the line . The bunker can be located somewhat to the right of this position, but only so that the lower edge (left in Fig. 2) of its wall remains to the left of the line for the beginning of material descent. Carousel dryer works as follows. A feeder 9 with Noria 8 serves bulk material, such as grain, and the drying chamber is rotated. Grain delivery is stopped (this can be done automatically) when the drying chamber is filled to the level of the bottom of the feeder. At the same time, continuously, through window 5, heat carrier is supplied, which passes through the perforated bottom of the drying chamber and the grain lying on it, and takes moisture from it. When the grain from the bottom is dried, the cutter 6 is inserted into it through the window in the base 4, simultaneously turning on its depot. The lower part of the grain layer is discharged, and, while depositing, this is lowered. From the feeder located behind the feeder, the grain begins to flow out, increasing the layer to its previous thickness, since, with the start of unloading, the feed of grain in the feeder is switched on again. The effectiveness of the described dryer is determined by the expansion of its functionality, since the use of the feeder allows us to not only weaken the flow, but also syrup.
