【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は全体の背丈が低く、かつ構成が簡単で、しかも
安価なものであっても乾燥風が1由に流通する乾燥円盤
の回転作動で、籾を流下ムラを生ずることなく供給ホッ
パーより均等層をもって乾燥円盤上へ自動供給せしめ流
通する乾燥風により乾燥ムラを発生させずに均等乾燥を
能率的に営ませると共に、乾燥された籾が供給ホッパー
位置に回転されて来たら上記乾燥籾を乾燥円盤の回転作
動で自動的に排出せしめることができる目的をもつた籾
乾燥装置に関する。

を生ずることなく均等に乾燥させると共に、乾燥された
籾は乾燥円盤の回転作動で自動的に機外へ排出させるこ
とができる籾乾燥装置を得ることを目的としたものであ
る。

記排気室内には横長落下口を乾燥円盤の中心部に設けた
突出部の接線半径方向に沿い開口した供給ホッパーを配
設せしめると共に前記落下口を形成する前後の横長対向
壁は、下端を乾燥円盤の表面に近接した掻き出し壁と、
乾燥円盤との間に籾流路が形成されるよう下端を乾燥円
盤より離反した均平壁とした籾乾燥装置であって、かか
る籾乾燥装置によれば、供給ホッパ内に収容された籾を
乾燥円盤の単なる回転作動のみで均等層状態のちとに籾
流路より乾燥円盤全面に亙り流下ムラを発生させず自動
的に供給し、熱気室より排気室に向は流通する乾燥風に
より乾燥ムラを生ずることなく効率よく乾燥させること
ができる許りか、乾燥された籾は乾燥円盤の回転作動と
掻き出し壁の排出作用で1動的に機外へ排出することが
でき、その結果、籾の自動供給および自動排出を均平壁
と掻き出し壁のみにより正確に営ませることができるの
で、従来のような繰出しロールや複雑な伝導装置も必要
とせず、装置全体を簡単、安価に製造できるは勿論のこ
と装置全体の背丈も極力低くできる外、排塵効果も促進
できる大きな効果を奏する。
