Description
оabout
This invention relates to feedstuffs, in particular, to the production of feedstuffs by hydrating rpyCoixD of plant raw materials. A known method for the treatment of coarse feeds involves the impregnation of vegetable raw materials with a 0.3-0.5% hydrochloric acid solution at EO-CQ for 15-20 minutes and the subsequent drying of the resulting mass in suspension in the flue gas stream at 150 -170 ° LMS of sufficient vyshknosti 1-3% l. However, the known method does not allow the deep hydrolysis of complex carbohydrates and significantly increase the content of simple sugars in the product and the degree of its absorption. This is due to insufficient choice of the conditions for acid treatment of raw materials. So, at the indicated concentrations of the acid solution (even at high values, the hydromodule I takes a significant part to neutralize the ash elements of the raw material. In addition, due to the volatility of hydrogen chloride at 9O-100 C, there are significant losses to the environment. Thus , by the time of hydrolysis in the flue gas stream, the amount of acid in the impregnated mass is insufficient to catalyze the process and accelerate the chemical decomposition of complex polysaccharides. In addition, there is not enough for a deep and uniform process. Feeding of raw material with a kilo. In addition, the temperature of hydrolysis of 15O-170 ° C provides only surface hydrolysis of the raw material and does not provide a high yield of sugars. 2. The disadvantages of this method are the duration of heat treatment, which leads to an increase in energy consumption, a significant consumption of acid and alkaline reagent for neutralization, and also Ammonium sulfate in the feed causes gastrointestinal disturbances. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a method of processing roughage, including the impregnation of the raw material with a solution of mineral acid of 1-2% concentration at 5 ° -30 ° C. The disadvantage of this method is the low consumption of sugars, since after the impregnation the mass is dried, which, with a low partial pressure of water vapor in the flue gases, leads to a sharp decrease in moisture in the raw material and a rapid cessation of hydrolysis. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the feed by increasing the content of easily digestible carbohydrates. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of treating coarse plant raw materials for food, including impregnating the raw material with a solution of mineral acid of 1-2% concentration at 50-80 s, after impregnation, the raw material is treated in vapor-gas flow with a moisture content of 0.050, 20 kg / kg of dry coolant, with a temperature of 220–450 ° C, for 20–80 s. At the same time, the raw material is impregnated with a mineral acid solution for 4–8 hours. Increasing the heat carrier tegsheratura to 220–450 ° C contributes to an increase in the rate and depth of hydrolysis. The introduction of water into the flue gases (in the form of steam, in a liquid state or due to heat recirculation;; l) increases the partial pressure of water vapor in the coolant, thereby reducing the rate of drying of the material and contributes to the preservation of already formed sugars. The concentration of a solution of a mineral acid, for example, hydrochloric, sulfuric, phosphoric, is 1-2%. depending on the type of source and acid) allows not only to neutralize the ash-elements, but also to ensure the optimal content of hydrogen ions in the process of high-temperature hydrolysis. At the same time, in order to deeper and evenly distribute the acid in the plant material, the raw material is pretreated with mineral acid under conditions of entrapment for 4-8 hours at 50-80 ° C. The method is carried out as follows. Straw is taken, impregnated for 4-8 h with a solution of mineral acid with a concentration of 1-2% (preferably hydrochloric or sulfuric) at 50-80 ° C, then treated with hot gas or air (temperature 250450 0) with moisture content within 0, 05-0.25 kg / kg dry gas for 20-80 s. As a result of this treatment, a material is obtained that is very close in structure to the original straw, but which has lost its inherent hardness, has a pleasant odor, containing up to 12% easily digestible carbohydrates. The production of 1 ton of product and its use in the composition of feed rations will make it possible to fill the deficit of carbohydrates, increase their nutritional value and, therefore, increase the productivity of animal husbandry.
