I: The invention relates to devices for separating vapor (gas), liquid and solid particles and can be used in the chemical, gas, oil and other sectors of the industry. A centrifugal separator containing coaxial cylindrical nozzles of various lengths with closed bottom bases and tangential waves and slots is known. The separation element has a trap equipped with an annular bottom with openings for liquid and solid inclusions to escape, and an outer wall made of filter material l. However, this separator is not able to separate three-phase systems, since it separates only liquid with solid inclusions from steam (gas). Also known separator containing a cylindrical body with installed in it:. Vertically one above the other branch pipes for supplying the mixture to be separated, separation and gas outlet At the bottom of the separation pipe there is a swirler of gas-liquid flow 2 .. However, this separator separates only two phases (liquid and vapor). The closest in technical essence to the invention is a device comprising a housing with a bottom, in which cylindrical separation elements are vertically reinforced with channels for outputting contaminants in the upper part, blades with a twister and channels for introducing the seat structure in the lower part (H J. the separator also separates only two phases, therefore, over time, the liquid becomes contaminated, which leads to a decrease in the separation efficiency. The aim of the invention is to enable separation of three phase systems The goal is achieved by the fact that in a separator containing a housing with a bottom, in which cylindrical separation elements are vertically fixed with channels for outputting contamination in the upper part, a blade twister and channels for introducing liquid in the lower part, the housing is provided with a mounted above the bottom a filtering bed through which the upper parts of the separation elements are led. The filter partition can be installed obliquely and provided with an air distributor placed under it. The drawing shows the proposed separator, a General view. The separator contains a cylindrical body 1 with Reparative elements 2 installed in it, in the upper part of which channels 3 are located to discharge gas (vapor) and liquids with solid inclusions, and in the lower part - blade spinners 4 of a gas-liquid flow. Separation elements 2 are fitted with a tight fit filtering partition 5, which is fixed peripherally to the inner surface of housing 1, and pipelines and liquid inlets are installed under separators 4 in separation elements 2. In order to clean the filter partitions 5, an air distributor 7 is installed under it, in KOTORSF1 there are holes 8 for air outlet. Separation elements 2 in the cylindrical body 1 are fixed with the bottom 9 underside. I The device works as follows. V i A vapor (gas) stream with liquid droplets and solid particles is fed from below into separation elements 2, where, with the spinner 4, a rotary spiral motion of a gas-liquid stream is created with dispersion of liquid introduced into the stream through pipelines 6. In the field of centrifugal forces dispersed in a pair (gas) the liquid wets the solid inclusions and, together with them, under the action of centrifugal forces, is thrown onto the inner surface of the separation elements, forming on this surface a liquid film that trans ortiruets upward flow of steam (gas). At the exit of the separation element 2, a liquid film with solid inclusions enters the channels 3 and through the holes
перегородке 5 в распределитель дл продувки воздуха подаетс под Давлением воздух.it is drained onto the filter cushion 5, and the vapor (gas) leaves the separator. On the filter septum 5, the liquid is filtered, resulting in solid inclusions in optics on the partition 5, and the liquid under the force of gravity swells down on the last day 9. As the solid inclusions accumulate on,. the baffle 5 in the distributor for air blowing is supplied under Pressure.
The proposed design of the separator makes it possible to separate the vapor (gas), liquid and solid inclusions, which significantly expands the scope of application and allows the same liquid to be reused without prior purification.
Installing the filter septum obliquely reduces the clogging of its pores, since, under the action of the component of gravity, solid particles move along the partition to its periphery and do not interfere with liquid filtration.
Наличие распределител воздуха под фильтрующей перегородкой очищает поры перегородки от твердых частиц путем продувки фильтруюцей перегородки воздухом , выход щим из распределител .The presence of an air distributor under the filter septum cleans the pores of the septum from particulate matter by purging the septum with filter paper with air leaving the distributor.
A range of inclination angles of the filter septum 40-90, which primarily depends on the separation process technology, is recommended. If the technological requirement is to preserve the filtered material on the filter partition, it is necessary to install the filter partition at an angle of 90 to the axis of the separation nozzles. And vice versa, if it is necessary to remove the filtered material permanently from the filter; Angle

зависит от конструктивного оформлени сепаратора (от количества сепарационных элементов и их диаметра), а также от физических свойств обрабатываемой системы.depends on the design of the separator (the number of separation elements and their diameter), as well as the physical properties of the system being processed.
