I I I 1 I I I I I I I IA1 The invention relates to reinforced concrete shipbuilding, in particular, to structures of building berths for building reinforced concrete vessels in a monolithic and composite-monolithic manner on a flow-position line. The building berth for building reinforced concrete vessels is known, which includes supports with longitudinal beams laid on them 1. A disadvantage of the known building berths is that it does not allow building reinforced concrete vessels in an assembly-monolithic way, and in building reinforced concrete vessels in a assembly way it is necessary to prepare and install support device, marking, installation and checking the position of each section of the ship hull on the stocks and their temporary fixation in the design position, connection of the fittings assembly release in each section and their welding, installing and securing formwork assembly joints sections, feeding, laying and compaction of concrete in assembling the compounds of the sections, and stripping the surface treatment of concrete joints. All this greatly increases the labor intensity and complicates the assembly technology of a reinforced concrete vessel. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity and simplify the assembly technology of a reinforced concrete vessel. This goal is achieved by the fact that the building berth for the construction of reinforced concrete vessels, containing supports with longitudinal beams laid on them, is provided with a metal floor made of fixed and movable parts, the fixed parts being laid on the supports of the stocks, and the movable parts are supported on the fixed parts. FIG. 1 shows a building berth at the position of assembling blocks of a perch body; in fig. 2 is the same at the time of movement of the body blocks. The proposed building berth at the position of assembling the blocks contains rigid supports 1 and a metal floor made of fixed 2 and movable 3 parts. The stationary parts 2 are laid on rigid supports I, and the movable parts 3 are supported on the stationary parts 2. On this metal flooring, an assembly of the body block is manufactured assembled in a monolithic manner, i.e. the bottom 4 of the block is made monolithic, and the side 5, longitudinal 6 and transverse 7 processing - from sections- The drawings also show the ship-carrying carts 8 with lifts. The construction of reinforced concrete vessels on this building berth is carried out in the following capacity. The assembly positions on the metal flooring consisting of the fixed 2 parts laid on the rigid supports 1 and the movable parts 3 supported on the fixed parts 2 assemble the reinforcement cage of the bottom 4 of the block. After the assembly of the frame of the bottom 4 blocks, an exhibition of sections of the flanges 5, longitudinal 6 h transverse 7 bulkheads is performed, and then reinforcement-welding works are performed on the joints connecting them to each other and the frame of the bottom 4. Then, without installing a formwork, the bottom frame is flat the flooring is concreting the bottom 4 blocks. Moreover, all the joints of the sections of the beads 5, the longitudinal 6 and the transverse bulkheads 7, which are below the upper plane of the bottom 4, are concreted in the process of concreting the bottom. After the concrete has hardened under the movable parts 3 of the deck, ship-carrying carts 8 with lifts are supplied. The movable parts 3 of the flooring, together with the hull block, are lifted and moved using ship-borne carts 8 to the next position where the block is put on the settling slipway, and the movable parts 3 are returned back by the same ship-carts 8 and set in the initial position, resting on the fixed parts 2, to form a solid flooring, ready to assemble the next block. The use of the proposed stocks will significantly reduce the labor intensity and, by eliminating the technological process of manufacturing the bottom sections, save thermal energy consumption.
