Description

The subject of the invention is a multi-turn collapsible box equipped with a lock and a removable lid; the crate walls are connected to the bottom by means of hinges.

The proposed multi-turn collapsible box when transporting, for example, food products ensures sufficient tightness.

In the box, a metal lock of the type of a spike is used, and the two opposite walls of the box are on the upper edge and have swivel lifting plates fixed to the pin with a limiting head with a hole at the end for a pin fixed to the adjacent wall.

Alternatively, the two opposite walls of the box are connected to the bottom of the hinge, and the other two are equipped with T-bar-type locks for connecting the walls and the lid.

In the third variant, only T-type locks were used to connect the walls, the bottom and the cover.

In the first embodiment (FIG. -5), the bottom 1 of the box and its four sides. walls 2, 3, 4 and 5 are connected to each other by hinge loops 6.

Walls 4 and 5 have fixed on a pin having a limiting head, rotatable lifting plates 7 with holes at the end.

On the upper part of the walls 2 to 3 in the corners are ukrenleni pins 8. On the wall 3 there is the lower part 9 of the lock of the type of spike. On wall 2 is fixed bracket 10 for the seal.

The removable cover Y / has grooves 12 and 13 for pins, a bracket for seals, and an upper part 14 of a spike type lock.

The box is assembled as follows.

The side walls of the crate are installed in a vertical position and are joined at the corners by plates 7, which are then placed on the pins. The lid // is taken from the side opposite to the lock, and is installed on the walls of the crate so that the upper part 14 of the lock fits into the lower part 9, and the pins 8 are lined into the grooves 12 and 1-3. After that, the wire is passed through the brackets and the box is sealed.

The box, made according to the second variant (Fig. 6-10), has a bottom 15, small side walls 16, large side walls 17 and a cover 18.

The bottom 15 is connected to the walls 17 by hinge loops 19.

On the inner sides of the corners of the large side walls 17 and, respectively, on the edges at the corners of the small side walls 16 are fastened parts of the T-joint type locks connecting the large and small walls.

On the inside of the lid 18, in the corners and correspondingly, on the edges of the large walls 17, there are also fastened parts of T-joint type locks.

On the lid 18 and on one large side wall there are staples 20 and 21 for sealing the box.

Assembling the crate according to the second variant is carried out as follows.

Large side walls 17 are installed vertically. The small side walls 16 are pushed from above between the walls / 7, and the locks are connected simultaneously. After that, a cover 18 is installed on the walls of the box, parts of the locks are connected to each other, and the box is sealed.

According to the third variant (figs. 11-15), the bottom 22 of the box, the large side walls 23, the small side walls 24 and the cover 25 are connected to each other only with T-bar-type locks.

On the large side walls at the corners fortified the lower parts of the 26 locks and the upper parts of the 27 fastener-type locks.

On the small side walls in the corners fortified similar parts of the same locks. The bottom of the motor vehicle and the lid are also fitted with T-bar type locks.

The box is collected following the way.

The large side walls 23 are connected with locks to the bottom 22 on one and the other side.

The small side walls are pushed in from above, and the connection of all four gates is carried out simultaneously in all corners of the crate.

The cover is fixed on the walls by simultaneously pushing some parts of the T-joint type lock into other parts.

Modification of the crate according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that some two opposite walls are connected to the bottom by hinges, and the other two are equipped with T-bar-type locks for connecting the walls and the cover. 3. Modification of the box according to. 1 and 2, characterized in that only locks of the spike type are used to connect the walls, the bottom and the cover.
