The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in pump designs for pumping liquids with mechanical impurities. A vane pump is known, comprising a housing with a pressure port, an impeller with blades placed in the housing, and a self-cleaning filter installed in front of the inlet port 1. A disadvantage of the known pump is the difficulty of cleaning the filter. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a blade pump, comprising a housing with pressure and discharge pipes, an impeller placed in the housing, and self-cleaning filters installed before the inlet of one of the pipes 2. However, in a well-known pump sufficient degree of cleaning of the pumped liquid and the required reliability are ensured. The purpose of the invention is to improve the cleaning of the pumped liquid and increase reliability. The goal is achieved by having a blade pump comprising a housing with pressure and discharge pipes, an impeller with blades placed in the housing, and self-cleaning filters installed in front of one of the branch pipes, a housing with side walls adjacent to the impeller is installed in the housing to the housing, and radial partitions dividing the cavity of the housing into chambers, each of which has an inlet and outlet, and filters are placed in the chambers, the inlet apertures are evenly spaced along the The impeller perimeter, and the number of chambers are determined by the formula where l is the number of impeller blades; K is an integer, O “K In FIG. 1 shows a vane pump, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1. The vane pump comprises a housing 1 with pressure and discharge pipes, respectively 2 and 3, an impeller 4 with blades 5 housed in the housing 1, and self-cleaning filters 6 installed in front of the inlet of one of the pipes. In housing 1, a housing 7 with side walls 8 adjacent to housing 1 and radial partitions 9 dividing the cavity 10 of housing 7 into chambers 11, each of which has an inlet and an outlet, 12 and 13, respectively, is mounted coaxially to the impeller 4. filters 6 are placed in chambers 11, inlets 12 are evenly spaced around the circumference of the impeller 4, and the number of chambers 11 is determined by the formula n - -, where is the number of impeller blades; X is an integer, О «-К The pump works as follows. The fluid enters the impeller and, receiving energy from it, passes through the inlets of the 12 chambers I, the last 6 filters 6 and the outlets 13 into the discharge nozzle 2 are located, from where the purified liquid under increased pressure is supplied to the consumer. Fluid with an increased content of mechanical impurities is removed through the outlet nozzle 3. When the impeller 4 rotates, a local increase in pressure is created near the exit edges of each of the blades 5, while between adjacent blades 5 there is a zone of relatively lower pressure. When the blade 5 passes near one of the inlet openings 12, an increased pressure is created in the corresponding chamber 11. If at this time the inlet 12 of the adjacent chamber II lies between the blades 5, then in this chamber 11 a reduced pressure is created. Under the action of the pressure differential, a countercurrent of the filtered liquid through the filter b arises, which communicates with the outlet openings 13 of the chamber 11 with a lower pressure, and this filter is cleaned. It has been established that the degree of cleaning of filters 6 will be greatest if the number of chambers 11 is related to the number of blades (hg) of the impeller 4 by the following formula h, K ZK + G where K is an integer. The maximum consumption of the purified liquid is provided at the greatest number of inlets 12, which corresponds to the value of K O in the formula, i.e. If the number of chambers 11 is twice as large as the number of blades 5. The use of the proposed vane pump will allow the use of 6-volume filtration filters and ensure their constant flushing, thereby improving the cleaning of the fluid and increasing the reliability of the pump.
