00 4 The invention relates to devices for magnetic separation and can be used in the mining metallurgical and chemical industry, and also in thermal and nuclear power engineering. A device for cleaning liquids from magnetic and non-magnetic inclusions is known, comprising a cylindrical body with a filter nozzle made of ferromagnetic material, a magnetic system in the form of a solenoid placed outside the body, an inlet and an outlet pipe I. A disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of the cleaning process. The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the effect achieved is a magnetic separator, which includes a ferromagnetic body, a nozzle, a magnetizing system in the form of solenoids, radars outside the body, the inlet and the outlet 2. . A disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of the separation process due to scattering of the magnesium flux. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the separation process by eliminating the scattering of the magnetic n current. This goal is achieved by the fact that a magnetic separator-precipitator, comprising housings with a ferromagnetic nozzle, magnetizing system in the form of solenoids located outside the housings, inlet and outlet nozzles, is equipped with magnetic conductors made in the form of plates and installed between the housings to form a closed magnetic circuit. In addition, the plates are made with thickness g as determined by the condition of the plate thickness; case diameter with nozzle; induction of a magnetic field in the nozzle; By- permissible magnetic field induction in the magnetic circuit. 1 shows a diagram of a separator-precipitator, a section; FIG. 2 - section A-Ana figure 1; FIG. 3 is a plot of dependencies of B on N. The device contains bodies 1 filled with a ferromagnetic filter nozzle 2 ,,, outside the cases there is a magnetizing system in the form of solenoids 3, the cases are packed with magnetic wires in the form of plates 4. The device has an inlet and outlet nozzles respectively 5 and 6. The device operates as follows. The medium to be cleaned through the nozzle 5 enters the filter nozzle 2 located in the housings 1 and placed in the magnetic field created by solenoids 3. After that, the liquid is taken out through the nozzle 6. Due to the fact that in the proposed device the filter housing is mated by means of magnetic conductors In the form of plates 4, made of stainless steel magnetism, it is ensured that the magnetic circuit of the device is closed. The thickness of the plates is determined by the relation (D), which is obtained from the condition of equality of magnetic fluxes through the nozzle and the magnetic core. For practical application of the ratio (iT it is necessary to have information about the induction of the magnetic field in the nozzle PI. Experimental studies of B from H are presented in FIG. 3. Depending on the given strength of the magnetic field H, the magnitude of the magnetic induction in Nozzle B is determined. Permissible induction in metal A shunt can be taken equal to a BS of 0.8 T. Choosing a larger induction value is impractical because it leads to unreasonable magnetic flux losses in the shunt metal. The proposed magnetic separator-precipitator has Circuit magnetic circuit As a result, the loss of magnetic flux into the environment is practically excluded, which provides a higher level of impact on the deposited particles and an increase in the efficiency and efficiency of the device as a whole.
