This invention relates to the insulation of pipelines, namely the insulation of high pressure pipelines. According to the main author. St. 811052 for heat insulation of pipelines consisting of concentrically arranged cylinders, with spaces between which are filled with thermal insulation material, and the flexible element is made of metal lines Cl, 3. A disadvantage of the known heat insulating shell is the connection of the ends of concentrically arranged metal hoses directly between themselves, which is possible only if the deformation of one of them and a small difference in diameters, if the difference in diameters is large, it is almost impossible to destroy makes it inconvenient to reuse and disassemble thermal insulation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection of the metal hoses to each other. The objective is achieved by the fact that the heat insulating cyoolla sheath is provided with a split clamping element in the form of a ring with an outer conical and inner bead, a conical threaded bushing cooperating with a conical outer side, and a nut with a protrusion. A thread is made on the inner surface of the outer side of the clamping element. FIG. Figure 1 shows the heat insulation on the shell; in fig. 2 - split clamping element; in fig. 3 - the same, left view. A deformative thermal insulation material 1, for example, kaolin wave, is placed between the inner 2 and outer 3 flexible metal hoses. The shell is made with a split clamping element 4 in the form of a ring with an inner 5 and outer conical 6 sides, the surface of which interacts with a tapered threaded sleeve 7. A nut 8 is screwed onto the tapered threaded sleeve 7. The nut 9 is screwed onto the inner surface of the outer conical bead 6 made the thread. The heat insulating sheath is mounted as follows: the inner 2 and outer 3 metal hoses with heat insulating material 1 enclosed by them can be fixed between the inner 5 and outer conical 6 sides of the split clamping element 4. The conical threaded sleeve 7 is mounted on the split clamp 4, clamping it, after which the nut 8 is screwed onto it up to the stop of the protrusion 9 into the split clamping element 4. In the same way, the second end of the heat insulating casing is fixed, then the casing is assembled in assembled form conduit through unattached end of the tube, after which the second end of the tube is secured. The heat insulating jacket serves to isolate curved pipe sections. Neighboring sections with curved straight lines. The sections are insulated with rigid thermal insulation blocks. The flexible heat insulating sheath is fixed in place, fastened to the neighboring rigid blocks. Moreover, the fastening of the shell with these blocks can be performed end-to-end or rigidly with the help of flanges. When monitoring the state of the pipelines, the insulation is dismantled in the following sequence: one or two rigid detachable blocks adjacent to the shell are removed, and the shell is moved along the pipe to their place. After checking this area, the flexible sheath returns to its original position. The technical and economic effect of the invention consists in speeding up the installation and dismantling of the insulation, the possibility of its repeated use, easy access to the insulated pipe for the purpose of inspection or repair. The fasteners used make it easier to detongik because they prevent the metal sleeves from moving the sheath one relative to the other; in addition, they make it possible to connect the metal sleeves with a large difference in diameters, which expands the range of use of the flexible heat insulating sheath and reliably protects the ends of the sheath from deactivation and dust.
