The invention relates to the production of mineral fertilizers and can be used in the preparation of ammonium sulphate. A known method of reducing the caking of ammonium sulfate by introducing 0.07% sulfanol into it. The disadvantages of the method are the low effectiveness of the additive, as well as its scarcity and high cost. The closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result is a method for reducing the caking of ammonium sulfate by treating it with a sulfate-containing additive — 0.2020, 2% FAS paste, primary saturated alkyd sodium sulfate with a degree of sulfatation of at least 80 2. Disadvantages This method is the caking of ammonium sulfate during storage under conditions of variable moisture in the air, as well as foaming of technological solutions of the additive. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the indicated disadvantages. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of reducing the caking of ammonium sulfate by treating it with a solution of a sulfate-containing additive, the latter use MDHO-, di-yl, or trimethylamine sulfate or their mixture in any ratio. Moreover, the additive is taken in an amount of 0.05-5.0% by weight of the product and is introduced into the technological production of ammonium sulfate in the form of gas, liquid or solution before or during the crystallization of the product.

Таблица 2Пример . На 100 г технического сульфата аммони 1-2 очереди капролактамного производства Кемеровского п/о Азот распыл ют 0,60 мл водного раствора сульфата монометиламина, содержащего 0,50 г соли в 1 мл растеора. Обработар ные кристаллы перемешивают 20 мин и высушивают. Дл определени действи добавки на слеживаемость сульфата аммони в услови х переменной влажности полученный продукт став т в эксикатор с водой, а затем влажный сульфат аммони закладьюают в пресс-форму дл определени слеживаемости по ГОСТ 21560-4-76. Величина разруигающей нагрузки при обработке сульфата аммони различными количествами добавки приведена в табл. 1. Сравни:гельное действие добавок по их антислеживающему действию при содержании их в сульфате аммони 0,2% приведено в табл. 2. Пенообразование растворов антислеживаюших добавок к сульфату аммони приведено в абл. 3. Из приведенных в табл, 1-3 данных видно, что обработки сульфата аммони моно-, ди- и триметиламином позвол ют значительно снизить слеживаемость сульфата аммони в услови х переменной относительной влажности воздуха, а также снизить пенообразование технологических растворов антислеживающих добавок. Улучше1ше товарных свойств сульфата аммони позвол ет повысить зффективиость тогрузочно-разгрузочных работ. Т а б л и ц а 1 I 0,30 I 0,50 I 5; Table 2 Example Per 100 g of technical ammonium sulphate, 1-2 turns of the caprolactam production of Kemerovo s / s. Nitrogen is sprayed with 0.60 ml of an aqueous solution of monomethylamine sulphate containing 0.50 g of salt in 1 ml of a tester. The processing crystals are stirred for 20 minutes and dried. To determine the effect of the additive on the caking of ammonium sulfate under conditions of variable humidity, the resulting product is placed in a desiccator with water, and then the wet ammonium sulphate is put into a mold to determine caking according to GOST 21560-4-76. The value of the breaking load when processing ammonium sulfate with various amounts of the additive is given in table. 1. Compare: the gel effect of additives on their anti-caking action when they are contained in ammonium sulfate 0.2% is given in table. 2. Foaming solutions of anti-caking additives to ammonium sulphate are given in abl. 3. From the data presented in Table 1-3, it can be seen that the treatment of ammonium sulfate with mono-, di-, and trimethylamine significantly reduces the caking rate of ammonium sulfate under conditions of variable relative humidity of the air, as well as reduces the foaming of technological solutions of anti-caking additives. Improving the commercial properties of ammonium sulfate improves the efficiency of loading and unloading operations. Table 1 I 0.30 I 0.50 I 5;
