Изобретение позвол ет уменьшить количество отказов на рабочем органе , св занных с поломками ковшей и узлов их креплени на роторе, что способствует повышению надежности работы экскаватора и, следовательно, повьш1ению его эксплуатационной про- i изводительности.t The invention relates to continuous excavation machines and can be used in rotary excavators designed to excavate strong rocks. The working body of a rotary excavator is known, including a rotary wheel and buckets, the buckets being installed with the possibility of moving in the direction of lateral feeding along the right side. by means of reciprocating demodicating devices 1. The disadvantage of this working body is the absence of damping loads in the drive mechanism. The closest technical solution to the invention is the working body of the excavator, which includes hinges that are hinged on the rotor, have rear walls and safety mechanisms z. However, the known device does not provide damping and stabilization of the load in the mechanism that drives the rotation of the working body in an oblique operating mode of excavation without the presence of insurmountable obstacles. However, when the bucket comes out of contact with the friction latch, it is excluded from the digging workflow prior to the start of the next rotor turn. This leads to a loss of performance excavator. The aim of the invention is to increase productivity by stabilizing the loads on the working body. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the working body of a rotor excavator, including buckets hinged on the rotor, having rear walls and safety mechanisms, the rotor is fitted with stops between the anvil and the rear wall of the bucket of the friction pad with the clamping element and a pre-compressed elastic member, one end of which is pivotally connected to the ro torus and the other with the back wall of the bucket. Moreover, the elastic link in the form of a hydraulic cylinder. FIG. 1 shows a working body side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - possible characteristics of the bucket turn resistance force. 92 The working device includes a rotor 1 with hinged buckets 2. The bucket with its front part is attached to the rotor, and the friction block .4 is pressed to the rear wall 3 from the outside by means of a clamping element 5. The rotor is provided with a stop 6. The bucket is fixed by turning by force of dry the friction created by the friction pair of the back wall is a pad and a pre-compressed elastic link 7, one end of which is a ball 1 mounted on the rotor and the other to the rear wall of the bucket. To avoid uneven loading and jamming of the bucket when turning in the rotor from the side digging force Pg, it is equipped with stop guide rollers 8. When the bucket returns to its original position, it rests on the rubber stop 9. The tool operates as follows. The required dependence of the resistance force FQ, the rotation of the bucket on the angular displacement, is preliminarily set. This sets the maximum permissible level of action of the digging forces, i.e. the dead zone of the elastic link 7 to the force effect. When overloaded, i.e. when the digging force P exceeds the resistance force Fj,, the bucket 2, turning down, reduces the thickness of the chips. The consequence of reducing chip thickness is to reduce the load to an acceptable level, i.e. workload loading is stabilized. The maximum rotation of the bucket around its axis during overload corresponds to its disengagement from the bottom with the maximum thickness of the chipboard. Short-term impulse overloads are extinguished by an elastic link. The elastic link, as an option, may include a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder with adjustable throttle resistance. The invention makes it possible to reduce the number of failures at the working tool associated with breakages of the buckets and their attachment points on the rotor, which contributes to an increase in the reliability of the excavator and, consequently, an increase in its operating performance.
