F1Ag.1 The invention relates to an agricultural technique, in particular, to working bodies of implements for soilless tillage. The working bodies of tillage implements are known, including a stand with plowshares fixed on it 1. However, due to the significant angle of inclination of the front part of the working surface to the bottom of the furrow, such a working body does not cut the soil, but compresses it and exerts high traction resistance and compacts the bottom furrows The closest technical solution is the working body of a tool for soilless tillage, including a stand and a paw fixed on it, the working surface profile of which is made according to a concave curve in the front part and a convex curve in the rear part 2. The disadvantage of the working body is the uneven effect on the reservoir width, which determines the different structure of the treated soil, in addition, it has a low manufacturability due to the fact that the working surface of the paw is formed by a layer hydrochloric non-developable surface. The purpose of the invention is more uniform tillage across the width of the grip and improved manufacturability in the manufacture of an organ by using similar working surface profiles across the entire width of the paw. The goal is achieved by the fact that the working surface of the paw is formed by sections of cylindrical surfaces. FIG. 1 shows the working part of the tool for tillage, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 - plowshare pitch, oblique isometric; in fig. 6 is a diagram of loosening a layer of soil by a working body. The working part of the tool for tillage consists of a stand 1 and a paw 2 fixed on it. Paw 2 is composed of two mirror-symmetrical sharers 3 and 4, the angle of solution 2 Jf of which is 100 °. The working surface of each plowshare 3 and 4 contains undercutting ABCD and crumbling BEFC sections, the profile of which is made according to a concave curve in the front part, i.e. in the undercut zone and along convex curls in the rear, i.e. in the crumbling zone of the soil. The working surface of the AEFD plowshare 3, 4 is formed by a section of the cylindrical surface. The cylindrical surface is obtained by moving the generatrix of a straight line along a curvilinear guideline. In this case, the forming surface of the AEFD line always remains parallel to itself and the cutting edge of the OR. The curve m formed according to the law of the inverse tangential function is used as a guide m. The tool works as follows. In the process of moving the working body, the paw 2 is inserted into the soil and the plowshares 3, 4 cut the soil layer with a concave part of the surface, the crushing angle of which has a minimum value. Cutting with a minimum crumbling angle L reduces the rate of deformation of the treated area, thereby reducing the formation of erosion-hazardous soil particles. When the reservoir moves along the section of the surface of the plowshares 3, 4c with a concave profile, the resultant elementary forces of pressure on the reservoir from the side of the working body are concentrated in the more dense upper layers of the soil layer, which leads to compression of the latter. In the future, this facilitates the destruction of the reservoir on the surface area with a convex profile. In this area, tensile forces arise in the upper layers of the formation, which leads to the initiation and development of cracks. After descent from the surface of the plowshares 3, 4, the layer of soil again bends, causing the network of cracks to penetrate the lower layers of the layer. The treated layer lies at the bottom of the furrow loosened throughout the thickness. When the proposed tool is operated, a smaller groove is formed. This is explained as follows. The elementary soil particle, starting from point O along the surface of the flat-cutting tool, shifts the working surface from the furrow axis towards the aisles, gets to a certain point M and leaves the surface of the plowshare 3, 4, moving along the tangent t to the surface of the organ. The particle gets to the bottom of the furrow at point N. When moving along the working surface of the plowshares 3, 4, the soil layer under the same conditions retains its connectivity longer. Therefore, an elementary soil particle, starting at point O, arrives at point 4, located closer to the organ stand than point M. The detachment of this particle from the surface of the proposed organ occurs along the tangent tj along the Iz-Lin trajectory intersects with the bottom of the furrow at point L . Point L is closer than point N to the axis of the furrow by the value d. The value of d can serve as a parameter characterizing the reduction in the size of the rupture furrow. The use of the invention improves the uniformity of tillage across the width of the tool. The working body has a greater manufacturability, since the working surface is formed
The alternation of compressive and permits to use bending instead of stretching the smoothing effect on the reservoir of improvement and making it with a wider width than the quality of the soil.
