This invention relates to wind power. A wind turbine-known installation known to include a rotary wind turbine with a vertical shaft and an impeller mounted on it in the ventilation duct of the installed fan 1. However, this installation does not have automatic control of the frequency of rotation of the shaft. The purpose of the invention is to provide automatic adjustment of the frequency of rotation of the shaft. A goal of 41 is achieved by the fact that a wind-blower unit, comprising a vertical shaft rotary wind turbine and an impeller of an axial fan mounted on it in the ventilation duct, is equipped with an aerodynamic brake, made in the form of two discs, the first of which is fixed to the lower end of the shaft, and the second one is installed in the ventilation duct with the possibility of axial movement under the action of the incident flow up to contact with the end surface of the first disk. FIG. 1 is a diagram of a wind ventilation unit; in fig. 2 shows a section A A in FIG. 1. The Torn's fan-turn unit contains a carousel wind turbine 1 with a vertical shaft 2 and an impeller 4 mounted on it in the ventilation channel 3 of an axial fan, while the installation is equipped with an aerodynamic brake made in the form of two disks 5 and 6, the first of which 5 is fixed to the lower end of shaft 2, and the second disk b is installed in the ventilation duct 3 with the possibility of axial movement under the action of the incident flow before contact with the end surface of the first disk 5. The wind ventilation unit works as follows in a way. The wind turbine 1 rotates through the shaft 2 the impeller 4 of the axial fan, creating air flow in the ventilation duct 3. In case the wind speed is reached, the maximum permissible value of the wind turbine 1, rotating at a speed exceeding the permissible, creates an increased flow rate in the ventilator channel 3, while the incident flow, acting on the disk 6, moves it in the axial direction upwards and presses the disk 5 to the rotating part of the shaft 2 together with the shaft 2, creating a braking moment on the shaft 2 of the wind turbine 1, effected by direct control of its operation. In the case of a decrease in the wind speed, the wind turbine 1 also decreases its speed, the flow velocity in the ventilation duct 3 accordingly decreases, and the disk 6 under its own weight descends to its original position. When this aerodynamic brake stops its work. Thus, the proposed wind turbine implementation allows automatic adjustment of the shaft rotational speed.
