The invention relates to printing devices and is intended for applying ink to a cylindrical intaglio printing form. A device for applying ink to a cylindrical intaglio printing form is known, which contains a colorful container, a cylindrical drive brush arranged therein for cleaning the printing elements of the form from the ink, and a squeegee for removing surplus. paints from printing plate I. However, in the device, the contacting part of the brush (brush roller) and the printing form is located above the ink level and, when using the fast-drying ink, when the inking machine for the intaglio printing machine is stopped, the brush roller and the printed form can stick together. It is also possible to glue the bristles of the bristle roller, which is located above the paint level. When the inking device starts up, the bristle can be detached from the brush roller by a printing plate, which, as a result, will lead to print failure and clogging of the paint by the bristles. . In addition, in the Yors device, the brush contacts on a small area, and when the maximum density of bristles on the base is maximum, the density of the bristles from the axis of rotation of the brush decreases, which affects the quality of cleaning of the printing elements. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of paint applied to the form and simplify the design. This goal is also achieved in the device for applying ink to a cylindrical intaglio printing form, containing an edge container, a brush placed therein for cleaning the printing elements of the form from paint and a squeegee for removing excess paint from the printing plate, the brush is placed in the container below the surface of the paint, its base is arched in accordance with. the surface of the printing form, and the yor of the brush has a different height and density in the direction of movement of the printed form. FIG. 1 is a diagram of a device for applying ink to a cylindrical intaglio printing plate; FIG. 2 - brush with the flat base shown. A device for applying ink to a cylindrical printing plate 1 of intaglio printing comprises a colorful container 2, a brush H.dl placed therein for cleaning the printing elements of form 1, and a squeegee 4 for removing excess paint from form 1. The base 5 of the brush 3 is arcuate in accordance with the surface of the printing plate 1, and the brush 3 itself is placed in the container 2 below the surface level of the ink 6 in capacitance 1 and has a different height and pile density in the direction of rotation of form 1 (the height and density of Bjpca are schematically shown in Fig. 2, where Brush 3 is shown flat 5 in. The device operates in a similar manner. When the mold 1 is rotated with the printing elements partially immersed in the ink, the ink is entrained by the working surface of the printing form 1. Excessive ink is removed by the squeegee 4. The ink left behind in the printers is transferred onto the mold the printed product 7 at their contact (Fig. 1) or transferred to an intermediate surface (not shown), and then onto the product 7. Remaining with in the center of the printing form 1, the ink is brushed off after printing. 3, located in the ink layer under the printing elements to better clean the ink from the recessed printing elements. The cleaned printing elements pick up a fresh batch of ink and transfer it back to product 6. The cycle of operation is then repeated. The proposed device makes it possible to improve the quality of application of paint to the form and at the same time simplify the design.
