Аналогичный процесс происходит и при аварии буферного выпр мител 1 во врем зар да аккумул торных батарей .The invention relates to redundant power systems, in particular to the field of switching of partitioned batteries, in automatic power supply units (EPA). The known switching circuit of the automatic EPU, which provides uninterrupted connection to the load of additional batteries, the inclusion of the charge rectifier and the charge of the main and additional elements up to 2.3 V per element / tll of the residuals of this circuit, The voltage on the fail-safe switching valves reduces the voltage on the load at the first moment of the loss of the network. In addition, in the charge mode, the valves can be falsely opened, which drastically reduces the reliability of the electric power supply and does not ensure the discharge of batteries. The closest in technical essence to the proposed scheme is for back-up power supply to the load, in which the reliability of both the load and the entire power supply system is increased by providing a given load on the load during switching processes and completely disconnecting the battery from the load its charge 2. The known device operates in the following manner. In the buffer mode, the buffer rectifier feeds the load, and the load current flows through the switched on current sensor. The backup charging rectifier is turned off - the contactors are de-energized. An additional battery is contained by the rectifier. When the supply voltage fails, the buffer rectifier and the current sensor turn off. Through the opening contact of the current sensor, the contactor is turned on and is blocked by its blocking contact and the contact of the voltmeter relay. Batteries are connected to the load. For the time of the transfer of contacts, the discharge current of the batteries of the main battery flows through the valve and the opening contact of the contactor. When the supply voltage is applied, a buffer rectifier, a current sensor, a backup charging rectifier and a contactor are turned on. The contactor is triggered. All batteries are connected to a backup charge rectifier. In this case, the batteries and the backup charge rectifier disconnect from the load and the buffer rectifier. The load is supplied at the time of charging the batteries from the buffer rectifier. When the supply voltage fails during battery charging, the buffer battery, the backup battery rectifier, the current sensor and the contactor are turned off. At the first moment of time, all the batteries are connected to the load through the closing contact of the contactor and the thyristor, which ensures the voltage on the load within the limits set by GOST. In order to prevent the thyristor from opening at short-term voltage reductions at the output of the buffer rectifier caused by transients, an additional voltage source connected to the unlocking voltage is installed in the thyristor control circuit. After the automation elements have triggered, all the batteries are connected to the load. A similar process takes place in the event of a crash of a buffer rectifier during the charging of batteries. A disadvantage of the known device is the possibility of a false thyristor triggering when a network appears at the beginning of the charge of the batteries. Since the cathode of the thyristor is connected to the output of the buffer rectifier, the voltage of which increases gradually, the cathode of the thyristor may appear negative with respect to the anode when the network appears. In this case, the thyristor falsely triggers, connects the battery to the load, as a result of which the operation of the entire electric power supply is interrupted until the thyristor burns, not calculated, for long-term operation. A: The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the system for back-up DC power supply. The goal is achieved by the fact that a system for back-up supplying a load with direct current, consisting of a main and auxiliary batteries, connected in series, a voltmeter relay connected in parallel with the main battery, a buffer rectifier connected in parallel with the load, a current sensor in load circuit, backup charge rectifier, the minus of which is connected to the minus of the buffer rectifier, two contactors, the coils of which are connected in parallel to the load, and the thyristor, the anode It is costly connected to the closing contact of one contactor, and the cathode to the opening contact of another contactor, moreover, an additional battery is connected to the load through the closing contact of one and the opening contact of the other contactors, minus the main battery, connected to the load directly, the connection point of the main and in addition, the batteries are connected to the connection point of the plus of the backup charge rectifier, the closing contact of one and the opening contact of the other contactors es break contact of a contactor, but which included the parallel valve in op forward direction, parallel to the current sensor is included the control unit, the first output terminal of which is connected to the cathode of the thyristor and the other - to the control electrode of the thyristor. The drawing shows a diagram of the proposed device. The circuit contains buffer straightened; driver 1, current sensor 2.1 with disconnecting contact 2.2, backup charging rectifier 3, - main §1 battery 4, other backup battery 5, content rectifier 6, thyristor control unit 8, contactors 9.1 with contacts 9.2, 9.3 and Contactor 10.1 with contact 10.2, gateless switching valve 11, volt-meter relay 12. Buffer rectifier 1 is connected to the load terminals. A sensor 2.1 is installed in the minus load chic, parallel to which the control unit 8 is connected. Plus, the backup rectifier 3 is connected to the opening contact 10.2, the closing contact 9.3, the anode of the thyristor 7, the closing contact 9.2 and the cathode of the valve 11, and the minus is paralleled with a minus buffer rectifier 1. Plus the main battery 4 is connected to the minus of the additional battery 5, the anode of the valve 11 and the disconnecting contact 9.2, and the minus is parallelized with the min load. Plus an additional battery 5 is connected to the closing contact 9.3 and the plus rectifier of content 6, the minus of which is connected to the minus of the battery 5. The cathode of the thyristor 7 is connected to the opening contact 10.2, the load plus and the first output branch of control unit 8, the second the output terminal of which is connected to the control electrode of the thyristor 7. A voltmeter relay 12 is connected to the main battery 4. A device operates as follows. In the buffer mode, the buffer rectifier 1 feeds the load, and the load current flows through the current sensor 2.1. The current sensor 2.1 is on, the back-up rectifier 3 is turned off, the coils of contactors 9.1 and 10.1 are de-energized. The additional battery 5 contains a rectifier 6. When the mains voltage fails, the buffer rectifier and the sensor are turned off. Through the opening contact 2.2 of the current sensor, the contactor 9.1 is turned on and is blocked by its blocking contact 9.3 and the relay contact 12 of the voltmeter relay. Batteries through the closing contact 9.3 and the opening contact 10.2 are connected to the load. For the time when the contacts of the contactor 9.1 are transferred, the discharge current of the batteries of the main battery 4 flows through the valve 11 and the opening contact 10.2. When the supply voltage appears, a buffer rectifier 1, a current sensor 2.1, a standby charge rectifier 3 and a contactor 10.1 are turned on. The contactor 10.1 is activated via the opening contact 2.2 and the auxiliary contact of the contactor 9.1. Through the closing contact 9.3, all the batteries are connected to the backup charging rectifier 3. The opening contacts 10.2 of the battery 4 and 5 and the backup charging rectifier 3 are disconnected from the load and the buffer rectifier 1. Power supply of the load during charging battery 4 and 5 is provided by a buffer rectifier 1. Unlike the prototype, at the time of the appearance of the network, the thyristor cannot be falsely opened, since the control pulse is generated by block 8 only at the time of the loss of the network. When the mains voltage fails during the charging of batteries, the buffer rectifier 1, the resupervoltage 3 normal rectifier 3, the current sensor 2.1 and the contactor 10.1 turn off. A single pulse signal with a duration of about 10 ms from the control unit 8 opens the thyristor 7, and for the first ms the time moment all the batteries are connected to the load through the closing contact 9.3 and the thyristor 7, which provides the voltage on the load within the limits specified by state. Control unit 8 may comprise, for example, an optocoupler, two transistors, a capacitor and a pulse transformer. After operation of the automation elements, the batteries are connected to the load via the closing contact of the contactor 9.1 and the opening contact of the contactor 10.1. A similar process occurs in the event of a crash of the buffer rectifier 1 during the charging of batteries.
