Description

Его многократно нанос т на прозрачную подложку, гравиру  каждый раз отдельные элементы карты и закрашива  их в различные цвета красител ми .Methods are known for making a cartographic original by engraving on an engraving layer applied to a transparent substrate. However, the compositions of existing engraved layers make it impossible to paint them in different colors along the lines drawn, since they are difficult to dissolve and this does not allow them to be applied many times. The proposed engraving layer consists of water-soluble substances. It is repeatedly applied to a transparent substrate, each time engraving individual elements of the map and painting them with different colors by dyes.

д.After each engraving on the layer and staining on the drawn lines, the layer is washed off with water, a new layer is applied, re-engraved, painted, washed off, etc.

This layer is easily washed off with water, retains transparency and allows you to change the intensity and color of the color. The ratio of components in the composition of the engraving layer may be, for example, the following:

Water ml

3,0Soluble starch, g3.0

.А. Agar-agar,

Dye for red

Dye for green

Q 15colors, naphtholgrün, gQ 15

Starch and agar-agar are allowed to swell in water for 0.5-1.0 hours and heated to boiling. After a short (0.5-1.0 min) boiling, the solution is allowed to cool slightly and the remaining components are added. The solution is poured onto the substrate, which has been thoroughly washed with a 10 ° C / V solution of caustic alkali and "glued with water to the leveled glass, at a temperature of 50-60 ° C at the rate of 9 ml per 200 mm. The hardened layer is dried at normal temperature or, to speed up the drying, under a fan.
