The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in rotary kilns p, for example, to burn cement raw materials. The chain heat exchanger of the rotary kiln J is known, which contains spiral-shaped holes attached to the kiln body of the C 1 1 circuit. The disadvantage of this device is low efficiency of heat transfer. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a chain heat exchanger of a rotary kiln containing strip-type helically mounted on the furnace core with holes for attaching chains and C 21 supporting elements helically located between the strips. However, the efficiency of the known heat exchanger is low. This is due to the fact that supporting elements that have a solid surface do not participate sufficiently in heat exchange and additionally cover the furnace cross section, which leads to an increase in the velocity of exhaust gases and an increase in dust removal from the furnace (loss, heat). installation and repair of the heat exchanger. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of heat exchange, as well as reduce the time of repair of the heat exchanger. This goal is achieved by the fact that the 8 chain heat exchanger is rotated from the furnace containing In this case, the strips attached to the furnace body with holes for fastening the chains and supporting elements helically arranged between the strips, the latter are made with holes. The arrangement step and the diameters of the holes of the supporting elements and strips for attaching the chains are the same.Fig. 2 shows the same cross-section; FIG. 3 shows the section A-A in FIG. 1, an embodiment of the holes in the supporting elements; and FIG. the same, an embodiment of the holes for fastening the chains. The chain heat exchanger contains wine like s the strips 2 with holes 3 attached to the furnace body 1 for fastening the chains k and helically arranged between the strips 2 supporting elements 5. The supporting elements 5 have holes 6. The holes 6 or part of them (for example, the upper row) can be holes 3 of the strips 2 for fastening the chains, i.e. with the same pitch and diameter. The heat exchanger operates as follows. When the furnace rotates, the material moves between the strips 2 and the supporting elements 5 as between the blades of the pipe-worm. The chains k attached to the strips 2 are supported on the supporting elements 5 and immersed in the material, giving it heat. The supporting elements 5 allow you to increase the length of the chains (thereby the heating surface) without the danger of entanglement and breaking them, as well as the destruction of the granules. A part of the material in the form of a fluid mass (sludge) or in the form of granules (depending on the location of the device) passes through the holes 6 in the supporting elements 5, thereby improving its mixing and heat transfer. Furnace gases pass through the holes 6 of the supporting elements 5 above the layer of material (an increase in the free cross section of the furnace, a decrease in the velocity of gases, a decrease in dust removal). In addition, the holes 6 are sources of turbulence, which intensify the heating of the inner surface of the furnace, which further (as the furnace is rotated) contacts the material and gives it more heat. When the holes 3 are worn out in the strips 2 (under the influence of the fastening bolts of the chains k) during repair of the chain heat exchanger, the chains k are hung on the supporting elements 5 I when the holes 6 are located in the supporting elements 5 according to the holes in the strips 2JI, 8 in this case The holes 3 perform the functions of the support elements 5. Thus, the repair time of the heat exchanger is shortened, since the replacement cycle of the strips 2 and the support elements 5 is lengthened. The use of the proposed heat exchanger increases the heat exchange efficiency, which It helps to reduce fuel consumption for material firing. The costs of manpower and equipment for repairing the heat exchanger are reduced.
