The invention relates to methods for producing a feed product from fodder yeast grown on sulphite-alcohol bard pulp industry waste and can be used in the preparation of feed additives for agricultural ANIMALS-. It is known for preparation of fodder yeast for fusion, grown on waste from the paper-pulp industry, followed by isolation and drying. Dried yeast is treated with a 0.1-2.0% hydrogen peroxide solution and heated at 110 ° C for 1 hour to destroy the cell walls and increase the utilization rate of feed 1. The disadvantage of this method, along with the destruction of the cell walls in these conditions, is the decomposition of part of the proteins, which reduces the nutritional value of the feed. In addition, the process is technologically complex. There is also known a method of preparing yeast for feeding, when the yeast after drying is treated with ammonia p 90-125 ° C for 50-60 min L2. The disadvantage of this method is the limited use of it due to the relatively toxic ammonia. A method is known for preparing the biomass of fodder yeast to be fed to animals, including the destruction of the membranes of yeast cells under the action of steam. The disadvantage of this method is the low utilization rate of yeast by animals due to the high strength of the yeast cell walls, which are difficult for the digestive tract of animals to digest. The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutrient digestibility. nutrient yeast substances. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of preparing the biomass of fodder yeast for feeding animals, the destruction is carried out with an air-steam mixture containing 2-14% by volume of air and having a temperature of 130-140 seconds for 1-2 minutes. The degree of use of the yeast is increased due to its digestibility, which is ensured by the destruction of the structure of the yeast cell walls under the action of water vapor containing 2-14% by volume of air with a temperature of 130-140 ° C. The presence of air in the vapor prevents the vapor from condensing on the yeast cells, which prevents the extraction of nutrients from the cells. The method is carried out as follows. Sulfite-alcohol bard from the brewhouse enters the preparation section of the nutrient substrate, where it is neutralized with ammonia water to a pH of 4.0-4.6, cooled to 35-37 ° C and served in yeast-growing vats, where the necessary nutrient salts are set (potassium chloride, ammonium sulphate, superphosphate) in quantities necessary for growing yeast. At the same time, yeast seeds are set in tanks, and biomass is grown during aeration. The resulting biomass is separated from the culture fluid at the separators (up to a concentration of 600 g / l). and dried in spray dryers. Dried yeast is treated with a rising flow of water vapor containing 2-14 vol.% Of air, steam temperature 130-140 ° C, pressure 1.3-3, O atm. Processing time 1-2 minutes. The degree of use of fodder yeast in a mixture with a basic ration of g per 1 kg of increase in live weight was spent 4.08–4.10 KOEYANOV units. Example 1 Sulfite-alcohol bard from the brewhouse is sent to the tank in the preparation section of the nutrient substrate. In the tank, the bard is neutralized with ammonia water to pH 4 and cooled to 35 ° C. The mass is stirred for 15 minutes and transferred to yeast-growing vats with a capacity of 25. The extracts of nutrient salts containing potassium chloride, ammonium sulphate and superphosphate are loaded into teas. Phosphorus pentoxide content in the extract is 2%. At the same time, s vans set seeds of the yeast of the genus Candida Tropicalis and produce aeration during cultivation. The obtained biomass is separated from the culture liquid on separators to a concentration of 600 g / l. The concentrate is dried in a spray dryer. The dried yeast is loaded into a container that has a bubbler in the bottom part for supplying steam with air. For 1 min, steam with a temperature of 130 ° С containing 2% of air is passed through the layers of yeast. The pressure of the gas mixture of 1.0 atm. The degree of use and feed of yeast in a mixture with the basic diet per 1 kg of increase in live weight consumed 4.10 feed units. Example 2. The sulfite alcohol bard from the brewhouse is sent to the tank in the preparation section of the nutrient substrate. In the tank, vinasse is neutralized with ammonia water to a pH of 4.6 and cooled to 37 ° C. The mass is stirred for 25 minutes and transferred to a yeast plant with a capacity of 25. In chan

Давление воздушно-паровой смеси 3 атм, прожолжительность обработки 2 мин..they load nutrient salt extracts and, simultaneously, seed seeds of the Candida Tropicalis genus are set, and yeast biomass is grown with aeration. The obtained biomass is separated from the culture liquid on the separators to a concentration of 600 g / l. The concentrate is dried on spray dryers. After drying, the yeast cells are treated with water vapor at a temperature (the steam is close to the superheated state) containing 14% by volume of air. The pressure of the air-steam mixture is 3 atm, the processing time is 2 minutes.
