по ГОСТ 310-41 езультаты испытаний приведены в таблице.oo a: The invention relates to the industry of building materials, but they are based on liquid glass based adhesives and can be used to connect old concrete with a concrete mixture. An adhesive is known for joining building materials, including water glass, ground to - quartz sand and waste; superphosphate production. However, the use of this glue to mix concrete with concrete does not provide bonding strength. The closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved result is the composition of the adhesive for combining materials, including liquid glass, portland cement and acetone in the amount of 0.4-0.6% by weight of liquid glass 2. The purpose of the invention. for stretching and increasing the viability of glue. The goal is achieved by the fact that mineral glue, including float glass, portland cement, contains three sodium phosphate and, additionally, asbestos and quartz sand, as an additive, in the following ratio of components, may.%: Liquid glass 30-40 Trisodium phosphate 4-5 Asbestos2-4 Quartz sand 11-34 Portland Cement Rest - Example. Six adhesive formulations were prepared, of which composition 1 is known, including liquid glass, portland cement and acetone, compounds 3-5 additionally contained quartz sand and asbestos, and as an additive - trisodium phosphate in the boundary and optimal limits / compositions 2 and 6 contained quartz sand. , dissolved asbestos and trisodium phosphate, respectively, above and below the boundary limits. Optimal compositions and known had the same consistency. The consistency of the adhesive was determined by the diameter of the spreading cone. The cone had an upper base diameter of 20 mm. bottom 26 mm and height 20 mm. The spreading of the cone of the studied compositions was in the range of 50-60 I "M. The viability of the glue was determined on the Vicat instrument according to GOST310.376. The glue was considered non-viable when the Victory pestle of Vic was immersed in a ring filled with glue to a depth of less than 5 mm. Production of samples for determining the tensile strength of concrete, concrete (old / perforated concrete mix (, new concrete / manufactured, preserved for example). At first, half-eights (size; samples provided by: GOST) were made of concrete M-200. normal temperature and humidity conditions in a 2 & a day day, after which the concrete semi-eights were laid in the shape of eights. A glue of 2-3 mm was applied to the surface of the neck of the concrete semi-eight and a second semi-eight of the concrete mixture was formed. the eight specimens were stored. For 28 days under normal conditions, they were then tested for stretching on a Michaelis instrument.

MS with 510303 As can be seen from the table / for the proposed compositions 3-5 compared with the known, the life capacity increases five or more times and the tensile strength increases sharply. . At the same time, the destruction of 8-specimens takes place according to a new concrete, which testifies to the high strength of the adhesive. Glued eight specimens were tested for water resistance by loading them into water for 2 days and subsequent tensile testing. The adhesive was waterproof. 36 Samples were also tested; eights for frost resistance; Samples withstood 100 cycles of alternate freezing and thawing. Glue has increased tensile strength and high viability. Glue can be used in construction in those cases where it is necessary to build or grind concrete or reinforced concrete structures.
