The invention relates to a transport engineering, in particular to tensioning devices used for a tensioning body of a conveyor, preferably a belt conveyor. A device for tensioning a conveyor belt is known, which comprises a drum which is movable in guides and is connected conically with pairs of threaded rods connected with nuts fixed against axial displacement. In this device, the master and the driven friction discs are mounted on the drum shaft, the latter of which is mounted to move the shaft length by means of a pusher placed inside the shaft 1. However, in this device, to move the tension drum that creates the tension of the conveyor belt rotation of the drum, which reduces labor costs and speeds up the process. In addition, the tensioning process is not performed automatically, i.e. In order to create tension in the traction body, it is necessary to push the friction discs together with the pusher (manually or with the help of some kind of drive). This requires manual labor or, in the case of a drive, complicates the design. Due to the lack of information on the degree of tension of the traction organ, the latter is often overloaded, which leads to a greater load on the drum shaft supports and premature wear of the traction organ. The closest to the invention in terms of features and effect achieved is a device for tensioning the conveyor belt, including the drive belt covered by the tape and mounted in the tension guide drums mounted on shafts, the ends of which are kinematically connected to each other. In this case, the mechanism for moving and controlling the slippage of the tape on the drum is made in the form of a hydraulic system 2. However, the mechanism for moving the slide is in the form of hydraulic cylinders, and the mechanism for controlling the slippage of the tape in the form of grooves on the inner surface of the drum and coaxially arranged with the slots of the cylinder leads to a complication of design. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for tensioning a conveyor belt, including a drive belt covered by a belt and installed in guide drum tensioners, mounted on shafts, the ends of which are kinematically connected to each other, the kinematic connection of the shaft ends of the drive and tension drums is straightened in the form of a nut, installed with the possibility of rotation around its axis, and being in engagement with the screw; the screw is connected by means of a gear with the end of the tension drum shaft, and the nut by means of r and the gear - with the end of the drive shaft of the drum. FIG. 1 shows a device for tensioning a conveyor belt, side view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. 1. A device for tensioning the conveyor belt contains a tension drum G rigidly mounted on the shaft 2. The shaft 2 is mounted in supports 3, which with the help of rods 4 can move progressively (together with the drum 1) in the guides 5. The ends of the shaft 2 are connected conical pairs consisting of gears 6 and 7, with thrusts 8, screwed at the ends, with which the nuts 9 are engaged. The nuts 9 are fixed by stops 10 from axial displacement and mounted on the thrust 8 with rotation possibility, its longitudinal axis. The rotation of the nuts 9 comes from the drive with which the nuts are kinematically connected. This drive can be made separate, but it is easier to use the drive drum 11 of the conveyor as a drive for rotating the nuts. The kinematic connection of the nuts 9 with the ends of the shaft of the drum 11 can be made in the form of conical pairs 12 and 13 and articulated t 14-16. The connection of the nuts 9 with the shaft of the drum 11 can be carried out in another known manner, for example using a flexible shaft. The gear ratios in the kinematic pairs are chosen so that the angular velocities of the nuts 9 and the threaded bars 8 and their associated ones are the same, i.e. so that the nuts 9 and 8 and ti 8 rotate synchronously (during normal operation of the conveyor). The device works as follows. The rotation from the drive drum 11 is transmitted through the elements 13-16 of the kinematic chain to the nuts 9. The belt 17 drives the tension drum 1 to rotate, which the bevel gears 6 and 7 rotate the threaded rods 8. Since the gear ratios in the kinematic chains are chosen so that that the rods 8 and the nuts 9 during normal operation of the conveyor rotate synchronously, then the mutual displacement of the nuts and nuts along their longitudinal axes does not occur. In the case of loosening the tension of the belt 17 (due to its stretching), it begins to slip relative to the drive drum 11 of the conveyor. At the same time, its average speed becomes lower, therefore, the angular velocity of the tension drum 1 decreases, and consequently the kinematically associated with it 8. 8 and 8 begin to rotate more slowly than the nuts 9, which causes their mutual axial displacement. Since the nuts 9 are fixed against axial displacement, the spikes 8 are displaced. At the same time the spikes 8 (unscrewed from the nuts 9) move the drum 1 away from the drum 11, the belt 17 is tightened until this disappears. slippage of the tape along the drive drum 11. Thus, the tension of the tape occurs automatically here, without the operator's fate, and only when it is necessary, namely when a slippage (slipping) of the tape occurs along the drum. Tension occurs to the minimum necessary value, i.e., until slippage disappears, and no more.
Благодар автоматизации процесса нат жени ленты полностью исключаютс затраты времени и труда на этой бперации, что ведет к повышению производительности .This ensures optimum conditions for the conveyor: minimum tension when the belt does not slip over the drum. This prolongs the life of the belt because it does not wear out due to friction on the drum during slippage and the belt is not overstretched. By automating the belt tensioning process, the time and labor costs of this operation are completely eliminated, which leads to an increase in productivity.
Overall, the efficiency of the conveyor is greatly enhanced.
