The invention relates to a technique for drying wood and can be used in woodworking plants, mainly for drying larch lumber.
There is a known method of drying lumber of various thicknesses by continuously moving batches of sawn timber / stacked to meet the flow of the heated drying agent and maintaining the temperature of the latter.
23, Convective drying is carried out according to certain modes with the assignment of specific values of temperature in the dry and wet end of the chamber 23,
Следовательно, чем толще пиломатериал, тем ниже температура агента сушки (температура по сухому термометру;.A characteristic feature of the existing modes is that the temperature on a wet thermometer is set constant and the same for all board thicknesses, and the temperature on a dry thermometer is set lower, the thicker the board. Consequently, the thicker the lumber, the lower the temperature of the drying agent (temperature on a dry thermometer ;.
The disadvantage of the known method of drying in the continuous chambers is a large psychrometric difference, as well as the relatively low temperature of the wood itself, which corresponds in magnitude to the temperature value of the wetted thermometer. This leads to poor quality of drying boards due to warping and cracks.
In addition, in the well-known method, the dry is not taken into account. the dependence of the moisture conductivity coefficient on the temperature of the wood, with which it increases, and consequently, the speed of drying increases.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity.
The goal is achieved by drying drying lots of lumber of various thicknesses, stacked in piles and moving against the flow of a heated drying agent, the temperature of the latter is kept the same for lots of lumber of any thickness, and the lower the thicker the lumber is. on the transition to drying the party; lumber increased thickness.
FIG. 1 shows a graph of the temperature distribution of dry and wet thermometers over. the length of the continuous action at a different thickness of lumber according to a known method of drying; on
FIG. 2 - the same (according to the proposed method of drying.
The essence of the invention is that, depending on the category of the regime, the temperature of the regime for a dry lumber is the same for all thicknesses of lumber (for example, for soft modes t, for normal t 85 ° C), ensuring the physical and mechanical properties of the wood during drying , and the temperature of the wetted thermometer is assigned to the higher (given the category of modes, the thicker the lumber subjected to drying (Table 1). The latter ensures the safety of boards from cracking and warping due to softer their drying conditions, in particular due to the smaller psychrometric difference (). The duration of drying increases, which is explained by the fact that the temperature of the wet thermometer is higher than in the conventional modes (Fig. i), and consequently, the moisture conductivity of wood more.
0,98-1,0).Offered modes and drying technologies, mainly for larch lumber, in countercurrent chambers of continuous action are presented in Table. 1 (final moisture content is equal to 18–20%, and the degree of value in the wet end of the chambers is 0.98–1.0).
2..The proposed method of drying lumber has reliable manufacturability and does not require continuous reconstruction of the casher for its application. The nature of the change in the parginetres of the state of the drying agent in the proposed modes is shown by a graph in FIG. 2 ..

In tab. Table 2 shows the comparative results of calculations using this formula for the duration of the process when drying in soft known and proposed modes.
При идентичных услови х продолжительность процесса сокращаетс и особенно при сушке толстых досок-.The condition parameters of the drying agent are taken from t2j to table. 1 for equivalent thicknesses, lumber. Under identical conditions, the duration of the process is shortened, and especially when drying thick boards.
