СПОСОБ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ РАСТЕНИЙ К МИКРООРГАНИЗМАМ-ВОЗБУДИТЕЛЯМ БЕЛОЙ И СЕРОЙ ГНИЛИ И ИХ ТОКСИНАМ, включающий проращивание сем н, заражение полученных проростков путем помещени  их корней в раствор культуральной жидкости микроорганизма-возбудител  и визуальную оценку иммунологической реакции растени , отличающийс  тем, что, с . целью ускорени  процесса определени  и повыщени  точности, проращивание сем н провод т в воде, а в раствор культуральной жидкости дополнительно ввод т гомогенат мицели  возбудител , причем иммунологическую реакцию растени  оценивают по по влению некрозов в виде утолщений на зародыщевых корн х и по образованию новых Щ боковых корещков над зоной некрозов.A METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE STABILITY OF PLANTS TO MICROORGANISMS OF CAUCUS OF WHITE AND SULFUR ROTH AND THEIR TOXINS, including seed germination, infection of the seedlings obtained by placing the germ microorganism and visual assessment of the plant germ germ, and peeling germ.
