Description
The invention relates to machining and can be applied in engineering in the processing of the surface of rotation. According to the main author. St. No. 891219, a rotary turning method is known, according to which the processing is carried out by two circular cuts, which are reported to rotate around an axis with the same angular velocity, the upper cutter being set eccentrically relative to the lower one, so that each time the cutters turn twice, the chips are crushed 11-3 Disadvantage A known method is the impossibility of splitting chips into elements of a given length and their change. This disadvantage is due to the fact that both cutters rotate at the same speed, and the simultaneous fulfillment of the services of splitting chips into elements of a given length and ensuring the optimum durability of the lower cutter, which forms the surface, is possible npta different speeds of rotation of both cutters. When machining according to the well-known method, blanks of large diameter chips can have a considerable length, as a result of which the possibility of winding it on the cutters is not excluded and there is a need for its additional crushing. The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of sustained fragmentation of chips into elements of a given length. This goal is achieved by processing two circular cutters, according to the proposed method, the upper of which is set eccentrically relative to its axis of rotation, independent rotary motions with different angular speeds connect to the cutters, at this frequency of rotation of the upper cutter depending on the required chip length according to the formula

The cutters can be rotated respectively around the axes 4 and 5. The geometrical axis 6 of the upper cutter 3 is offset from. its axis of rotation is 5, and the geometrical axis of the lower cutter coincides with the axis of its rotation 4. During processing, workpiece 1 is reported to rotate with an angular speed W about axis 7, and cutters 2 and 3 - rotation in the direction of chip flow, respectively, around axes 4 and 5 s angles of speed (jt / xf and W. Cutters also report the movement of feed S along the generatrix of the machined surface. Depending on the path of feed motion, it is possible to work various rotational surfaces - cylindrical, conical and shaped. During cutting The metal layer, whose thickness is equal to the half-difference of the diameters of the workpiece and the machined surface, at the same time, due to the eccentric installation of the cutter 3, the thickness of the layer cut by each cutter, separately, continuously varies from some maximum value to zero or close to it; the layer cut by cutter 2 corresponds to the minimum value of the thickness of the layer cut by cutter. 3. So ensure consistent chip breaking. Due to the smooth variation of the strata (the layers of the layers cut by each cutter within the limits of our cutting depth, the chip breaking process is not accompanied by significant fluctuations in the cutting force and its components, which contributes to achieving a high accuracy of forming the machined surface. The final shaping of the machined surface is carried out by a cutter 2, therefore, the beating of its cutting edge relative to the axis of rotation should be minimal. The frequency of rotation of the workpiece is established according to the well-known relationship 3. 1017 braids According to known recommendations, i.e., based on the condition that the ratio of peripheral speeds of reed from the workpiece is O, 2-O, 5, the length of 6 separate chip sections 5 depends on the frequencies of rotation of the workpiece and cutter 3, the diameter of the workpiece and the coefficient, chip shrinkage. For each turn of the cutter 3, the chip is split twice, therefore the length of the chip is expressed as dependent-Yu Li .. p - f ai, or taking into account the expression (D) o NK ,,. g- v C5) shavings, 4 times long, the frequency of rotation of the upper. th cutter 3 is set by the formula y, - (4) If where I is the frequency of rotation of the upper cutter, about min; V is the cutting speed, m / min "-this chip length, m; K - factor 4 shrinkage shaving. The proposed method is implemented on a lathe equipped with a dp rotary device. 364 Example. The diameter of the workpiece 0.2 m, the material being processed - steel 35; the cutter material is steel Р6М5; diameter of the lower cutter 5-ICT m; required chip length 810 m; cutting speed 5 m / min; longitudinal feed m / r; chip shrinkage factor 0.8. , Adjustable parameters: the rotational speed of the workpiece -TtD the frequency of rotation of the lower cutter. At UsG tg- ° the frequency of rotation of the upper cutter. Uk SO-0.6 /. B qji 2-8-10 During the processing, the workpiece is reported to rotate at a frequency of 80 rpm, and to the cutters at a frequency of 10O and 25O rpm; feed 8 ". .. The proposed rotational turning method as compared to lime has the technical advantage of being able to communicate the rotational upper motion to the cutter with a frequency determined from the required length of the chip elements.
