Description
Invented are related to fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparing briquetted feed mixtures for ruminants. There is a known method of preparing briquettes using molasses t 3 O as a bonding agent. However, it is a viscous product. In addition, it is a viscous, thick liquid and when used, it is necessary to dry the briquetted mass to a moisture content of 8%, which complicates Briquetting process. Replacing hydrolyzed sugar from peat 2 i is known. However, hydrolyzed sugar is a liquid feed product and when used as a binder, the briquetted mass will also need to be dried. b of briquettes made from straw, including loading of the crushed mass to a moisture content of 1012% and subsequent briquetting with the addition of water with C 3 3. Records of this method are the need for pre-loading of the mass and high density of the briquettes produced. is a method for producing briquettes from sopomes (including grinding of straw, mixing with feed additives and introducing into the resulting mixture a condensed substance with subsequent briquetting second, the process is that it requires additional vyuu schivani briquetted forage moisture to 8-1O%, which, firstly, creates additional costs, and, secondly, leads to the production of briquettes vyuokoy 8oo-density 993 kg / m. The purpose of the invention is to reduce labor costs and improve the diet by reducing their density. This goal is achieved in that according to the method for producing briquettes from straw, including chopping the straw, mixing it with feed additives and. introduction of blended peat into the obtained binder as an binder in the amount of 8-1О% by weight of the feed mixture. Ozaharekny peat is obtained by treating loose powder of sphagnous peat powder in the solid phase with a sulfuric sulfur concentrate in auger hydrolyzer of abrasive action without subsequent section no faction. Saccharified peat is an absolutely dry substance. He is represented by It is a free-flowing powdery brown shet material with the characteristic smell of dried fruit. In the saccharified peat, water-soluble substances 24-2b contain reducing substances 5.5-6.0 including monosaccharides 4.4-4.5 Cellulose 16.1-16.7 Humic substances 20-21 Total nitrogen 6.3-6, 9 Protein Nitrogen 0.9-1.3 Nitrate Nitrogen 0.01 Ammoniac Nitrogen5.4-5.5 Ashes 7% pH6, O-6.5 The method is carried out as follows .. Straw with a moisture content of 32-34% is ground to a particle size of 15-30 mm, then mixed with feed, micro-additives and saccharified peat, after which it is subjected to pressing at 7595 ° C and pressure of 65-10 O PA. The resulting briquettes have a density of 44О520 kg / m. Example: From ricks, straw, crushed by forage; FN-1.2 to a particle size of 10 O-200 mm is loaded into an electrified feed dispenser KTU-10M and transported to the processing site. Straw in the amount of 675 kg of moisture 32-34% from the forage forage enters the ISK-3 chopper-mixer with an even layer conveyor, where it is additionally crushed to a particle size of 15-30 mm 555 kg of feed is fed through the dosing units MTD-3M , 45 kg bicar of ammonium brnata, 75 kg of coniferous flour and 15O kg of saccharified peat. In a grinder-mixer, these components are mixed. The finished feed mixture is supplied via a pneumatic actuator to a cyclone with a slide shutter mounted above the receiving neck of the PBS-3 briquetting press. From the cyclone, the feed mixture enters the rotary distributor through a rotary valve and under the action of centrifugal force is distributed along the internal circumference of the annular matrix, where it falls under the pressure rollers, which push it into the pressure chambers. When exiting the chambers, the compression mixture is blended into separate briquettes using deflectors.
