Description
4- , .CO O1 The invention relates to the production of helium by sputtering a layer of metal on removable models. A known method for producing products by spraying is that a model of plaster, lead, plastic is sprayed with a layer of metallic material of the required thickness. After that, the model is removed, and the resulting cortical detail copies the shape of the tl model. The disadvantage of this method is the low resistance of models that can withstand temperatures up to 80 ° C. At higher temperatures, the surface layers of the models are deformed. and at the same time, the shape and dimensions of the parts obtained are sharply distorted. When using this method, it is impossible to obtain a sufficiently high quality of the surface and parts. There is a known method for producing molding articles, in which the model is sprayed with a layer of sodium chloride before spraying to prevent welding onto the model of particles of the sprayed materials 2}. However, this method is not designed to obtain parts from metal alloys with high surface quality and accuracy. When applying salt coatings to the model, it is not possible to obtain a strictly specified coating thickness and ensure a high surface class (over 5), which drastically reduces the accuracy of parts obtained after spraying and their cleanliness. The salt coatings also have a high brittleness and include polishing, which also violates the accuracy and surface finish of the resulting basket parts. After spraying, to remove parts from the model, salt B is dissolved in water, which increases the complexity of the process. In addition, saline solutions emit a metal model, which reduces their durability. The closest to the technical essence is the method of obtaining products by sputtering, characterized in that the per) pepper sputtering model is coated with galvanic chromium and oxidized to obtain a thick film of oxide of the sap; p) a separating layer from the oxide of the slate prevents the sprayed particles to be pressed to the model 3. However, this nb coating possesses strength and wear resistance and retains its protective ability up to 4-6 parts removal from the model, and the surface quality of the parts is c. each removal is reduced. It is not possible to polish the protective coating. To improve the quality of parts, the model must be re-chromed, which increases the duration of the technological process. The purpose of the invention is to vary the accuracy of the geometry of the resulting products and the performance of the model. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method involving metal sputtering. The coating obtained at boriruvaniyu of the most part crt is iron borides (Pe Bo.Re) and possess high hardness indicators (18OO-2100 kgf / mm), wear resistance, heat resistance, heat resistance. model, which occurs when fast-flowing molten particles hit it, as well as when the product is removed from the model. This makes it possible to increase the model’s operability, reduce the duration of the technological cycle associated with with the restoration of the separation layer, as is the case in the known method. During the boron spraying process | X), the bath layers can well withstand the high sputtering temperatures of the molten particles while maintaining their properties. Surface quality and model accuracy do not change. In order to increase the quality of the products obtained by sputtering, it is possible to polish the bordered parts. In this case, the formation of the sprayed layer without destruction occurs only when it is sprayed onto a model heated to 500-75 ° C. At this temperature, the models are practically qualitatively sprayed on all powder materials. At the same time, it is at this temperature that the spruce is a special property of boriruvanny ± layers - to prevent the adhesion of the sprayed layer to the surface of the model. Example. The process of obtaining products by spraying is carried out. For spraying, models made of steel 45 are used, which are etched as parts with a convex spherical dimension of 40 mm in diameter. Before spraying, the models are placed in a boron mixture containing,%: Carbium boron 6O; airborne angizria 2; sodium fluoride 5; However, the boiling is carried out at 8701070 C for 1 h, after which the models are cooled to room temperature and the remnants of the boronizing mixture are removed from them. Models have a surface roughness corresponding to class 9. Immediately prior to spraying, the models are heated to 500-750 ° C to prevent distortion of products. Powders of CP2M alloy (GOST 2148875) of fraction 35O-15O micron were sprayed. The sputtering is carried out on an UPM-5 plasma unit with a current of 28OA, a voltage of 65 V. Argon is used as the plasma gas with the addition of 15% ammonia. After spraying and cooling the obtained products, they are easily separated from the models and accurately reproduce their shape and size. In parallel, they are sprayed on models processed in accordance with a known method (models are plated with chrome plating —and oxidized / for 4 min The models before spraying in both cases correspond to the grade of roughness; 2. The results obtained are presented in tables 1 and 2. Table 4-.
