Description

The invention relates to devices for supplying a tape elastic material to a rotating object and can be used in industry, for example, to feed a tread band when a tread is applied to a tire carcass of a pneumatic tire during assembly.

A device for supplying elastic tape material to an assembly drum, comprising a roller conveyor mounted below the assembly drum, a contact roller mounted on levers mounted on the roller table frame, and a power drive of the conveyor roller conveyor to the assembly drum and turning the arms of the contact roller 1, is known.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the device and the oriented application of blanks on the drum of the unit for the manufacture of pneumatic women.

The device contains roller tables 1 (Fig. I), which are rigidly fixed

The rail 7 meshes with the bristles mounted on the drive shaft 8 (Fig. 2) with sprockets 9 mounted on it (Fig. 3), which are connected with asterisks by chain gears 10 11, mounted on the ends of the guides 12. The chains 10 are fixed on the guides, and the rollers 3 are inserted into the guides 12. The beam 6 and the guides 12 are mounted on a base (not shown). The perpendicular drive (relative to the drum 4), the movement of the roller tables 1, is driven by a pneumatic cylinder 13 mounted on rails 12 and provided with a head plate 14 connected to the slot and interacting with the slots of the brackets 15.

The mechanism for supplying the workpiece to the rotating object is made in the form of a hinged link 16 mounted at the ends of the roller tables 1. At the hinge link 16, a contact roller 17, a bracket 18, is mounted.
