Description
The invention relates to detergents for cleaning metal surfaces from industrial contaminants. A detergent composition containing mineral salts, monoalkylpheno polyglycol ether and oak extract 13 is known. The disadvantages are: high salt content, which leads to crystallization of salts on the metal surface, and the lack of a protective effect, as a result of which washed products begin to corrode during the drying process. Of the known aqueous compositions, it is the closest to the proposed composition containing the surfactant OP-10, monoalkyl or dialkylphenol polyglycol ether, mon ethynolamine and C 21 water. However, this agent has a low detergency not only at room temperature, but also at elevated temperature in relation to labor, hard-to-remove pollution and weak anti-corrosion properties. In addition, its monoethanolamine gives insoluble compounds with the divalent metal ions present in hard water, as a result of which it is removed from the solution, and these compounds settle on the washed products. The purpose of the invention is to improve the corrosion and anti-corrosion properties of the agent. The goal is achieved by the fact that the detergent containing monoalkyl- or dialkylphenol-polyacid is found on the heart of the water and the water, additionally contains ammonium pentaborate dimono-ethanol, and disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (Trilon. B) and trisodium phosphate in the following ratio of counts of counts of counts / counts / counts / counts / counts / counts / counts / counts / counts / g / min. sodium ethyl diaminetetraacetate 1-3 Trisodium phosphate 20-25 Monoalkyl- or dialkylpolyglycol ether1-3 Example 1. Composition, contains, g / l of water: Ammonium pentaborate dimonoethanolamine 8 Disodium ethylene diaminetetra etat 1, Trisodium Phosphate 20 Surfactant OP-10 or OP-7 1 Example 2. Composition L / L of water: Ammonium pentaborate dimonoethanolamine 9 Disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate 2 Trisodium phosphate 23 OP-10 or OP-7 2 P 4 and measure 3. Composition Soda g / l water t Ammonium pyrate dimonoethanolamine Disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate Trisodium phosphate OP-10 or OP-7 The detergency (MS) is determined by the gravimetric method according to f. where RD is the weight of a clean plate; P is the weight of the contaminated Pp. P is the weight of the plate after the experiments. A PL of steel 3 contaminated with IGP-30 mineral oil was used. All operations are performed at room temperature. Duration of washing 90 s. In parallel, corrosion testing is carried out. The anticorrosive properties of the detergent composition are determined according to Herbert's method. On a plate in two places 2.5 g shavings of cast iron SCH28-48, moistened with 2 cm of the solution of the proposed and known composition are placed. Plates are placed in thermo-hydrostat at 18–20 ° C and relative humidity not lower than 95%. The time of occurrence of corrosion on the chips is then determined. The table shows the test results. ° As can be seen from the table, the washing ability of the proposed agent provides, in contrast to the known agent, almost complete washing and corrosion protection for 60 days. This detergent composition is intended for a stationary bath. When using inkjet systems, 10-20 g / l of white spirit or 0.1-0.3 g / l of A can be additionally added to suppress foaming. This additive does not adversely affect the properties of the proposed agent.
