The roll forming machine consists of a bed 1, a presser bar 2, a bending bar 3, an emphasis 4. A support bracket 5 is attached to the posts of the hinged frame, and the cross bars 6, in which the grooves for fingers are made in the support bracket 5. The bracket 7 is supported on the bracket which, hinged 8, is associated with a bending crosshead.

The machine works as follows.

The sheet to be processed is laid down on the receiving table 7, fed up to the stop 4 and pressed down by the clamping bar 2. The bending yoke 3, turning, bends the sheet. Beginning to move, bending traverse bend, through the rods 8 smoothly turns the receiving table, freeing itself a zone for rotation. Thus, at the moment of the beginning of the movement of the receiving table no impact occurs.
