BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, not only advertising panels and specific promotional products are used for advertising, but there is also an effort to use off-road areas for this purpose, at a glance accessible to a potential customer.

Vegetation advertisements that are built on suitable exterior surfaces and indoors on horizontal surfaces are already well known. Undesirable flushing of the vegetation substrate and its landslides are generally one of the main terrain problems on sloping surfaces. For areas of buildings, especially urban and rural areas, it is generally necessary to prevent it, for reasons, inter alia, to avoid clogging of sewer systems and pollution of sidewalks, roads or watercourses.

Some of the current solutions utilize mineral wool slabs for the inclined surfaces, which are used as a carrier for vegetation and completely or partially replace the cultivation substrate. For example, WO 95/08259 proposes to create a decorative vegetation surface on the roof of a building, as a mineral wool slab on which the vegetation elements with a root system are placed in an adhesive bag of organic material. The attachment of the vegetation elements to the board is achieved, for example, in that the bag contains starch and / or is provided with a suitable polymer adhesive tape. This solution assumes that over time the roots become stronger and grow into mineral wool itself. However, the use of mineral wool boards for the upper surfaces of inclined surfaces has considerable disadvantages. This material is highly brittle, so that frosts or stresses and maintenance operations, such as passing through the mower or walking, cause cracks and shreds. It is necessary to replace the whole blocks of mineral wool, in case of breaking, unwanted flushing, as well as the formation of holes and holes. Another disadvantage is that the mineral wool is not strong enough and bearing for the roots of larger plants, surface hoeing and similar maintenance operations are not possible. Also, it is not possible to reuse, in case of interest in replacing or renewing the vegetation elements, the entire surface of the decorative structure must be replaced. Also, the aesthetic aspect of these solutions is not good because the surface does not look natural and does not look as aesthetically as natural surfaces. A further disadvantage is that in this solution it is not possible to form decorative formations from loose materials or particles on the surface, such as colored gravel, stones, color peel, etc., as they would slip and fall down.

Loose materials, stones etc. are currently firmly fixed to the substrate by a uniform bonding component, for example by means of concrete, for decorative purposes in the case of sloping surfaces. However, this creates a block impermeable to air and water, thereby disturbing the natural environment and deteriorating the conditions for plants and soil animals in a given location and surroundings. Over time, concrete and similar sealants crack and crumble, and the cracks or debris created by their unsightly and unprepared nature interferes with the aesthetic goal of the decorative area. They also accelerate further erosion and accelerate the onset of destruction of the whole. The above-mentioned disadvantages overcome to a large extent the present solution. A new arrangement of decorative, especially advertising space, is solved, giving the possibility of building patterns from plants and / or loose particles on inclined, even very inclined substrates. The aim of the solution is to create a durable mosaic pattern consisting of various decorative elements, which are at least partly natural, such as plants, stones or bark. The essence of the solution is that on the surface, especially sloping, there is a decorative, especially advertising, surface created by a plastic cellular foil distributed over the substrate, containing a set of through-cells which are delimited by the space created by spatially distributed cellular foil between walls attached to each other bands forming the walls of the cellular foil, the decorative elements being situated in the cells of the cellular foil. In the selected different chambers side by side, different decorative elements are deliberately situated from each other, differing at least in color so as to form the target pattern.

Preferably, at least some of the cellular foil chambers are filled at least in part with a growing substrate suitable for growing vegetation that is planted with vegetation elements. These vegetation elements are used and distributed in the individual chambers deliberately in such a combination that it is precisely through them that a pattern of the advertising area, or at least a part thereof, is created.

At least some of the cellular foil chambers are preferably filled with a pillow of bulk material extending from the bottom of the chambers at least up to the upper edge of the chambers. Another advantage is that the bulk material in the chambers is compacted, for example by roller or tapping, to an increased density over the density of the conventional pouring, which gives the pad a strength and cohesion.

Under certain conditions, it is preferable to use cellular foil of different cell sizes, in terms of their height and / or circumference, which is folded in strips side by side, attached to each other. Thus, it is possible to increase the visual effect for aesthetic reasons when, for example, inserting a circularly rolled strip of foil of greater height into the pattern produces a plastic circular relief as a whole. The combination of larger and smaller, or lower and higher bands of cellular foil can also be advantageously used to achieve increased surface weighting, for example, if it favors the viewing angle of the viewer of the advertising pattern. Conversely, it is also possible to mitigate the consideration of the surface area of the formed object, for example in order to increase the stability and durability of the pattern formed on an over-weighing substrate.

Preferably, a cellular foil with perforated cell walls is used. With another advantage, when applying the solution, all cell foil chambers are filled with some material and none remain empty. Preferably, at least one barrier is located underneath the cellular foil to prevent unwanted growth of roots from the substrate into the cellular foil chambers. It is a specific solution, focused mainly on the possibility of creating advertising space directly on the external terrain. However, the technical solution according to the solution itself is not limited in any way, nor is it possible to create a portable advertising area according to the solution, on a moving or portable substrate. In this case, a suitable solid object such as a panel or the like can be used as the substrate. The technical solution is focused mainly on the possibility of using the view of frequented sloping areas for advertising. The possibility of permanent greening of the vegetation area and the creation of attractive patterns from natural areas, even in places where it would otherwise not be possible, such as embankments, rocky or concrete slopes, etc., will be achieved. However, it is also possible to use it in urban and suburban development, in parks, etc., where, on the contrary, it is possible to artificially create attractive elevations or protruding artificial formation on a plane, which diversify the monotony of urban development and reduce environmental noise, or create a natural barrier near the so-called. of children's corners. The embodiment allows for considerable variability. It is possible to build advertising space or a part of it as a lawn, but also in the form of a garden, it is possible to plant shrubs, create functional walkways, etc. The created patterns and inscriptions are stable, resistant to erosion, soil pressures and weathering, allow watering and do not crack or slide. Another advantage of the solution is that the formed pattern can be easily and quickly dismantled.
