Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
V záujme zníženia nákladov a zjednodušenia výroby ložiskových klietok pre veľkorozmerové valivé ložiská, s priemerom nad 1000 mm, sa ložiskové klietky vyrábajú z plastových segmentov. Tieto segmenty sú vyrábané alebo vo forme samostatných, navzájom nespojených rozperných prvkov oddeľujúcich jednotlivé valivé telieska v ložisku, alebo vo forme boxov, v ktorých sú vytvorené kapsy na uloženie jedného alebo viac valivých teliesok. Kapsy sú ohraničené vnútornými plochami bočníc segmentu a priečkami spájajúcimi bočnice segmentu. Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Uvedené nedostatky do značnej miery odstraňuje ložisko s plastovou segmentovou klietkou, ktorej segmenty sú tvorené bočnicami, prepojenými najmenej dvomi priečkami tak, že medzi priečkami sú vytvorené kapsy na uloženie valivých teliesok, podľa tohoto vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočíva v tom, že v každej kapse je na vnútornej ploche aspoň jednej bočnice vytvorený záchyt, pričom radiálne je záchyt umiestnený mimo stred výšky bočnice a tangenciálne v strede medzi bočnými stenami susediacich priečok.
