Abstract

Technical field:

The technical solution concerns a bag for collecting excrement of domestic animals, especially dogs.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

At present, there are many different products and devices for collecting and removing animal excrements, from simple plastic bags to large and complex weighing machines.

The easiest way to remove excrement is by using a plastic bag. However, the collection of excrement into the plastic bag stretched over the hand is very uncomfortable for everyone due to the hand contact with the excrement through the plastic.

Another option is a scoop and a paper or plastic bag for excrement. The disadvantage of this excrement removal method is the necessity to carry with it a paddle which, after use, is soiled from the excrement without the possibility of immediate cleaning. An alternative to this method is a disposable paddle made of cardboard or hard paper, which is discarded together with the manure bag after use. The disadvantage of this method is the necessity of using both hands in the collection of manure and a considerable dose of skill. These bags are mainly available on racks in public areas and paid from public sources, which limits their availability. The transferability of such a paddle bag is also limited due to the size and impossibility of folding the paddle from the carton.

The collection of excrement in plastic bags is also unecological, since plastics are difficult to decompose in nature, sometimes taking up to decades.

Another alternative is dog poo bags that are hygienic and environmentally friendly. The principle of these bags is in foldable cardboard handles, by means of which the excrement is collected and closed in the pocket. The disadvantage of these bags is the relatively large size in the basic shape. Also the need to use both hands in the collection of excrement. Another disadvantage is that only one excrement can be removed by the bag, there is no possibility to collect several individual excrements. These bags represent the closest prior art to our technical solution.

The essence of the technical solution

The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the manure collection bag according to the present invention, which consists of a bag-shaped collection portion and a gripping portion, wherein the rectangular-shaped collection portion is provided with a reinforcing portion on the inside of the bag all around the periphery. further comprising an upper movable hinged part for inserting the excrement into the collecting part and two reinforcements arranged at the sides of the mouth to provide stabilization of the shape of the pocket opening during handling, wherein the reinforcements are provided with a gripping means in use. The gripping means may be a finger insertion opening or notch.

The stiffening portion and the collecting portion are partially overlapped and are fixed along the overlap, for example by gluing.

The stiffening portion may further comprise a lower portion bent over the lower edge of the mouth of the collecting portion. The width of the stiffening section shall be sufficient to sufficiently reinforce the mouth of the collecting section. The stiffening section is a shaped section of smooth cardboard, which allows easy and efficient handling.

The upper movable hinged part is provided at its end along its entire length with a bend which serves to strengthen the edge of the upper hinged part and protects the fingers from contact with the excrement.

According to a preferred embodiment, the reinforcements are arranged on the sides of the mouth to provide stabilization of the shape of the pocket opening during handling, they may have a wedge shape.

The bag is adapted to be folded to the size of the movable hinged part.

According to another preferred embodiment, the bag according to the invention can be made of recycled paper.

• The technical solution ensures perfect hygiene and no tactile sensation with excrement, which is the basic reason why people try to avoid the obligation to remove excrement from their dog.

• Harvesting technique allows to collect several individual excrements.

• The bag in question is easy to carry in your clothes pocket or handbag.

• Possibility to distribute pockets using open-air dispensers, vending machines or retail sales.

• The bag can also be used as a carrier of information and advertising.

Examples of technical solution:

Example 1:

Example 3:

Use of a bag for collecting animal excrements.

The bag is opened and its collection portion B is expanded as shown in FIG. 3. The mouth of the bag 2 expands to a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 4. The stiffeners A.2 are bent twice according to the indicated perforations to the final wedge shape as shown in FIG. 5 and 6. The bag is gripped from above into one hand, the thumb and little finger are inserted into the notches 3 of the reinforcements A.2 and the other fingers are lightly placed on the top movable hinged part A.1. as shown in FIG. 7. The bag is placed against the excrement by the edge of the lower part A.3 and the excrement is folded into the bag by the upper movable hinged part A.1. The bag can also be reused. The filled bag is then discarded in a waste bin.

Example 4:

The disassembled reinforcing portion A, the manure bag, is shown separately in FIG. 10 and comprises a movable hinged part A1, two reinforcements A2 provided with notches 3 and a lower part A3 equipped with two pulling tabs 4, which are folded out before use of the bag and help to keep said bag folded as shown in FIG. 1. The dotted lines in FIG. 10 shows the bending lines of the reinforcing portion A.

Example 5:

PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS A bag for collecting animal excrements, in particular dogs, comprising a bag-shaped collection part and a gripping part, characterized in that the collection part (B) with a rectangular mouth (2) extends from the inside of the bag over the entire periphery of the mouth (2) provided with a stiffening portion (A) further comprising a top movable hinged portion (A.1) for inserting the excrement into the collection portion (B) and two reinforcements (A.2) arranged at the sides of the mouth (2) to ensure stabilization of the shape of the pocket opening during handling, wherein the reinforcements (A.2) are provided with a grip means in use. Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the reinforcing part (A) further comprises a lower part (A.3) bent over the lower edge of the mouth (2) of the collecting part (B). Bag according to claim 2, characterized in that the lower part (A.3) is provided with at least one pull tab (4) adapted to hold the bag in a collapsed state. A bag according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the gripping means is a finger insertion opening or notch (3).
