Description
- The present invention relates to a waste bag and, more particularly, to a pet waste bag.
- A conventional pet waste bag (or poop bag) is used to pick up and collect pet waste or excrement. When in use, the user's one hand extends into the interior of the pet waste bag and carries the pet waste bag to pick up the pet waste. After the pet waste is collected on the pet waste bag, the pet waste bag is folded reversely, so that the pet waste is encompassed in the pet waste bag. Then, the user stretches and ties two corners of the pet waste bag to close the opening of the pet waste bag and to seal the pet waste in the pet waste bag. However, it is difficult for the user to hold and tie the two corners of the pet waste bag, thereby causing inconvenience to the user when tying the two corners of the pet waste bag to close the opening of the pet waste bag. In addition, the user has to stretch and tie the two corners of the pet waste bag, so that the pet waste bag cannot be sealed easily and quickly, thereby wasting the time and energy.
- In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a pet waste bag comprising a main body provided with a side seal strip and an opening opposite to the side seal strip. The main body has an interior defining a receiving space connected to the opening. The opening of the main body is provided with a binding structure. The binding structure includes a first binding section extending from the opening and a second binding section extending from the opening. The first binding section and the second binding section of the binding structure bind together.
- In accordance with the present invention, there is also provided a pet waste bag comprising a main body provided with a side seal strip and an opening opposite to the side seal strip. The main body has an interior defining a receiving space connected to the opening. The side seal strip of the main body is provided with a concave portion.
- In the drawings:
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pet waste bag in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic operational view showing usage of the pet waste bag in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is a schematic operational view showing the pet waste bag being folded reversely. -
FIG. 4 is a schematic operational view showing the first tear line and the second tear line being torn away. -
FIG. 5 is a schematic operational view showing the first binding section and the second binding section are bound together. - Referring to the drawings and initially to
FIGS. 1 and2 , apet waste bag 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises amain body 10 provided with aside seal strip 11 and an opening 12 opposite to theside seal strip 11. Themain body 10 has an interior defining areceiving space 13 connected to the opening 12. The opening 12 of themain body 10 is provided with abinding structure 14. Thebinding structure 14 includes a firstbinding section 140 extending from theopening 12 and a secondbinding section 141 extending from theopening 12. The firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 of thebinding structure 14 bind together. - In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
binding structure 14 defines afirst tear line 142 and asecond tear line 143. Thefirst tear line 142 of thebinding structure 14 is formed transversely on themain body 10 and is adjacent and juxtaposed to theopening 12. Thefirst tear line 142 of thebinding structure 14 has two opposite ends disconnected from two opposite sides of themain body 10. Thesecond tear line 143 of thebinding structure 14 is formed on themain body 10 and is located between thefirst tear line 142 and the opening 12. Thesecond tear line 143 of thebinding structure 14 has two opposite ends connected respectively to thefirst tear line 142 and theopening 12. - In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
first tear line 142 and thesecond tear line 143 of thebinding structure 14 are torn away to form the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141. - In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
side seal strip 11 of themain body 10 is provided with aconcave portion 110. - In operation, referring to
FIGS. 2-5 with reference toFIG. 1 , the opening 12 of themain body 10 is opened. Then, the user's one hand extends through theopening 12 of themain body 10 into thereceiving space 13, with the user's palm aligning with theconcave portion 110 on theside seal strip 11 as shown inFIG. 2 , to pick up the pet waste. Thus, theconcave portion 110 on theside seal strip 11 facilitates the user picking up and collecting the pet waste or excrement. - After the pet waste is collected in the
concave portion 110, themain body 10 is folded reversely as shown inFIG. 3 , so that thereceiving space 13 is exposed outward, and the pet waste is encompassed by themain body 10 completely. Then, thefirst tear line 142 and thesecond tear line 143 of thebinding structure 14 are in turn torn away to form the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 along the opening 12 of themain body 10 as shown inFIG. 4 . Finally, the first bindingsection 140 and the secondbinding section 141 are bound together as shown inFIG. 5 to close theopening 12 so as to seal the pet waste in themain body 10. - On the contrary, the
first tear line 142 and thesecond tear line 143 of thebinding structure 14 are in turn torn away to form the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 along the opening 12 of themain body 10. Then, the user's one hand extends through theopening 12 of themain body 10 into thereceiving space 13, with the user's palm aligning with theconcave portion 110 on theside seal strip 11 to pick up the pet waste. Then, themain body 10 is folded reversely, so that thereceiving space 13 is exposed outward, and the pet waste is encompassed by themain body 10 completely. Finally, the first bindingsection 140 and the secondbinding section 141 are bound together to close theopening 12 so as to seal the pet waste in themain body 10. - In production, a plurality of
pet waste bags 1 are connected serially. When one of thepet waste bags 1 is torn away, theside seal strip 11 of one of thepet waste bags 1 is disconnected from the opening 12 of another one of thepet waste bags 1. Thus, each of thepet waste bags 1 is used individually. - Accordingly, the first binding
section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 are bound together to close theopening 12 and to seal the pet waste in themain body 10, so that the user can seal thepet waste bag 1 easily and quickly, without having to stretch and tie two corners of themain body 10, thereby facilitating the user using and binding thepet waste bag 1. In addition, thefirst tear line 142 and thesecond tear line 143 are torn away to form the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141, so that the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 are formed and used easily and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user holding and binding the firstbinding section 140 and the secondbinding section 141 to seal thepet waste bag 1.
