Currently, the number of domestic animals has increased significantly, namely dogs and cats that are walking on the street, thereby polluting their excrement with the territory inside the settlements. Even if a dog or cat lives on the territory of a land plot owned by a legal or natural person and does not go for a walk outside the specified area, contamination of animal land from this land with excrement cannot be avoided. Both within the city limits and on individual land plots, the process of removing animal excrement is carried out mainly within the framework of the general cleaning of the territory using garbage collection equipment or manual labor of pet owners or janitors, due to the lack of small-scale mechanics designed for this purpose. goals that can be used by animal owners to quickly remove excrement from the surface of the earth.

The disadvantage of a product of this design is the inconvenience of using it, due to the fact that when walking animals (e.g. dogs), you need to have two bags with you: one for putting excrement scoop into it, and the other for stained scoop. In addition, the excrement taken into the scoop, which is then placed in a plastic bag, is dumped after the end of the walk in the waste bin (container, garbage chute) - inevitably together with the specified plastic bag, which in itself does not increase the environmental friendliness of garbage recycling (for landfills there is an additional load non-degradable constituents, and for waste incineration technologies dioxin-forming). The fate of the second package is often the same: after washing the scoop taken out of it, the package itself should be in the bin.

The closest device to the claimed one is a device that is a specially folded and glued (or otherwise connected) paper bag having a base, a frame and a scraper handle. The base, frame and scraper handle are made of a more dense material - cardboard. The material of the bag, base, frame and scraper handle can be impregnated with a special composition that promotes disinfection and the rapid decomposition of collected animal or human waste (see RF patent for utility model No. 112608, publ. 20.01.2012).

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of manufacturing.

The aim of the invention is to create a device design that provides more convenient use, more universal use, simpler to manufacture, while reducing the dumping of waste from non-degradable polymeric materials into the trash.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for manual collection and removal of animal excrement contains a plate in the central part of which transverse and longitudinal perforated notches are made, dividing a single plate into two parts connected by side stops, at the ends of which slots can be made for gripping and containers from flexible material for collecting and removing animal excrement, the edges of which are rigidly connected to the specified plate on different sides of the separation line or transverse cut-out.

In addition, the plate is made of recyclable and / or biodegradable material.

Also, in addition to or instead of the container, a plastic bag can be installed to collect the product.

The transverse and longitudinal cuts are designed so that they can divide a single plate into two parts, both symmetric and asymmetric, and the side stops can connect them accordingly.

When dividing the plate into asymmetric plates, one of the plates has a working part equal in length to the size of the side stops in a folded form in a certain way.

The device for manual collection and removal of animal excrement contains a plate 1 (see Fig. 1), in the central part of which there are transverse 2 and longitudinal 3 perforated notches, dividing a single plate into two parts, connected by side stops 4 (Fig. 1 and 3) into the ends of which have slots 5 for gripping and containers of flexible material for collecting and removing animal excrement 6 (Figs. 2, 4 and 12), the edges of which are rigidly connected to the specified plate on different sides of the separation line or transverse cut-out 2.

Also, additionally or instead of the container 6 can be installed a plastic bag 7 (see Fig. 13-18) to collect the product.

Transverse 2 and longitudinal cuts 3 are made so that they can divide a single plate 1 into two parts with both symmetric (Fig. 3 and 12), and asymmetric (Fig. 4), side stops connecting the corresponding parts.
