Abstract
Description
Vynález sa týka technologického postupu výroby vysokopresných odporových teplomerov a vysokopresných odporov, ktoré sa používajú na presne meranie teploty a odporu s teplotou tavenia do 1100 °C.The invention relates to a process for the production of high-precision resistance thermometers and high-precision resistors, which are used to accurately measure temperature and resistance with a melting point of up to 1100 ° C.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The platinum wires currently used for the production of resistance thermometers exhibit a change in resistance over time. In FIG. 1 shows the time dependence of the resistance of the platinum wires. FIG. 1. it is obvious that long-term isothermal annealing (several thousand hours) at 1100 ° C leads to stabilization of their resistance. This time change in the resistance of the platinum wires of industrially produced resistance thermometers e.g. ROSEMOUNT (USA), ISOTECH (ENGLAND), VNIM (RUSSIA), CHINO (JAPAN), etc. 'significantly reduce the accuracy of temperature measurement.
Currently manufactured platinum resistance thermometers have a manufacturer-guaranteed drifl at a temperature measurement of 0.01 ° C for 100 h (uncertainty at 961.78 ° C to ± 0.02 ° C). Such unstable resistance thermometers are unsuitable for the high-precision temperature measurement required to determine the temperature scale by measuring the freezing point of the fixed points.
Aby sa dosiahla požadovaná časová odporová stabilita a zvýšila ich presnosť, je nutné tieto teplomery stabilizovať neekonomický dlhý čas (tisícky hodín). Preto je nevyhnutné modifikovať proces výroby platinových odporových teplomerov a výrazne zvýšiť ich dlhodobú odporovú stabilitu vhodným spracovaním pri podstatne kratších časoch, než to vyplýva z obr. č. 1.In order to achieve the desired resistance time and increase their accuracy, it is necessary to stabilize these thermometers for an uneconomic long time (thousands of hours). Therefore, it is necessary to modify the process of manufacturing platinum resistance thermometers and to significantly increase their long-term resistance stability by suitable processing at substantially shorter times than shown in FIG. no. First
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Podstata vynálezu spočíva v stanovení vhodného tepelného spracovania vyrábaných platinových drôtov, ktoré pozostáva z rekryštalizačného žíhania v peci a stabilizačného žíhania po navinutí na telieska senzora teplomeru pred ich montážou do telesa puzdra odporového teplomera Takto rekryštalizačne žíhané platinové drôty sa budú vyznačovať stabilnou štruktúrou a stabilnými dlhodobými odporovými charakteristikami pri teplotách použitia do 1100 °C.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to determine a suitable heat treatment of the produced platinum wires, which consists of recrystallizing annealing in the furnace and stabilizing annealing after being wound on the thermometer sensor body before being mounted into the thermometer housing. characteristics at application temperatures up to 1100 ° C.
Platinum wires for a resistance thermometer of the desired length are annealed in the furnace before being wound onto the bodies. For this purpose, it is advisable to use a modified vertical BRIDGMAN-type device consisting of a resistive heater, a crystallizer and a sliding mechanism.
Pred žíhaním sa zvinuté platinové drôty umiestnia do drážiek dvoch keramických valčekov horného a dolného valčeka tak, aby nedošlo k vzájomnému dotyku medzi závitmi (obr. 2). Prior to annealing, the coiled platinum wires are placed in the grooves of the two ceramic rollers of the upper and lower rollers so that there is no contact between the threads (Fig. 2). The axial distance between the ceramic rollers may vary according to the length of the annealed wires, typically in the range of 20 mm to 150 mm, depending on the design of the device.
The wound platinum wires are then placed in a vertical ceramic tube made of Al 2 O 3 ceramic, which is connected to the furnace feed mechanism. The ceramic tube, along with the wires, is set to a defined position in the furnace which ensures that the lower part of the coiled wires is at the point of the highest temperature of the furnace and the upper part of the wires in the lower temperature region.
After thoroughly evacuating and purging the furnace several times with argon, the argon protective atmosphere is charged and the furnace temperature is raised to the annealing temperature, which can be selected in the range of 1500 ° C to 1750 ° C. After stabilization at the annealing temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, the furnace feed mechanism is started.
At the selected feed rate, the wires are then moved from the maximum temperature point to the crystallizer region at 20 ° C so that the top of the wires passes through the entire temperature field of the furnace, i. j. from the starting temperature through the maximum temperature point to the crystallizer temperature.
The annealed wires are then rotated through 180 [deg.], Reinserted into the ceramic tube and the annealing is repeated under the same conditions. Double annealing and rotating through 180 ° ensure that the platinum wire is annealed evenly, ensuring homogeneity in the size of the recrystallized grains over its entire length and hence stability of its resistance characteristics.
Na komerčne vyrábané platinové odporové drôty, ktoré sú zvinuté na dĺžku 100 mm, sa odporúča používať rýchlosť 10 mm/h a dĺžku posuvu 160 mm na žíhanie v peci, ktorá má maximálnu teplotu žíhania 1700 °C, teplotu kryštalizátora 20 °C a vzdialenosť medzi bodom maximálnej teploty v peci a teplotou kryštalizátora 60 mm.The speed of movement of the annealed platinum wires is selected depending on the grain growth kinetics in the annealed material and is strongly dependent on the initial state of the wires. For commercially produced platinum resistance wires that are wound to a length of 100 mm, it is recommended to use a speed of 10 mm / h and a feed length of 160 mm for annealing in an oven having a maximum annealing temperature of 1700 ° C, crystallizer temperature of 20 ° C and distance between maximum oven temperature and crystallizer temperature of 60 mm.
The annealed platinum wires reach an average recrystallized grain length of 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm. This size of recrystallized grains no longer changes at temperatures below 1100 ° C.
In the next stage, the recrystallized annealed platinum wires are carefully wound onto the thermometer sensor bodies that are part of the resistance platinum thermometers. Since there is a plastic deformation of the wires during winding, it is necessary to anneal the wound bodies stabilizing again.
Because of the possible reaction between platinum and SiO 2 ceramic, the annealing temperature is chosen in the range of 1300 ° C to 1400 ° C. The annealing can be carried out isothermally for 10 hours under argon. After stabilization annealing, the sensor body, together with the wound wires, is placed in a thermoset housing.
During retrofitting into the thermometer housing, no additional adjustment of the wound sensor body, such as for example, is recommended. bending or threading to prevent plastic deformation of the wires.
Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Ich odporová stabilita sa zvýšila až o 2 rády pri teplote 975 “C.Several resistance thermometers were produced by the above procedure and were subjected to laboratory tests at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Trnava. The results of the tests, which are shown in Table 2, are shown in FIG. 1 show unambiguously that the resistance thermometers produced by the process described in the Summary of the Invention achieve significantly higher resistance stability compared to the resistance thermometers produced hitherto. Their resistance stability increased by up to 2 orders of magnitude at 975 ° C.
