Abstract
Adaptované mlieko, určené hlavne na dojčenskú výživu je vyrobené na báze zmesi živočíšneho mlieka, vody, rastlinných olejov, maltodextrínov, pričom je fortifikované prípravkami na báze vitamínov, minerálnych látok, vrátane stopových prvkov, prípadne aminokyselinami, čo umožňuje optimálne prijímanie a využívanie výživy dojčatami. Pre nedonosené a hypotrofické deti je určené adaptované mlieko s prídavkom zmesi esenciálnych, semiesenciálnych a asistujúcich L-foriem aminokyselín. Adaptované mlieko je vyrábané UHT technológiou a asepticky balené. Môže byť tiež sušené niektorým zo známych spôsobov, pričom sa doporučuje sušené mlieko rozrábať redestilovanou vodou alebo vodou dodávanou výrobcom mlieka.ŕAdapted milk, intended mainly for infant nutrition, is made on the basis of a mixture of animal milk, water, vegetable oils, maltodextrins, while it is fortified with preparations based on vitamins, minerals, including trace elements, or amino acids, which enables optimal intake and use of nutrition by infants.
