Abstract

Technical field

The technical solution relates to a mobile self-service beverage dispensing device, which can be used in snacking facilities as a tap in one compact unit.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, various self-service refreshments are described, for example, in US 913454 and US5291004, which operate on the principle of a credit card, which activates the whole device. Self-service distribution systems intended exclusively for the single customer they serve are known from FR 2759073, WO9936347 and KR 207130. From the static self-service dispensing devices, the apparatus described in Slovak Utility Model No. 4330 relating to a rotating dispensing device is further known.

From mobile self-service refreshment devices, the device described in Slovak utility model no. 3782, which consists of a base on which is placed an extension over which the cylinder is located and at its bottom is provided with a tight stopper and this cylinder is further provided with a drain cock, the top of the cylinder is provided with a plug with aeration. Also known are small consumer packs of beverages in a volume of five to ten liters, which are provided with an outlet opening and the beverage can be dispensed directly by the consumer through the dispensing opening by means of a dispensing device. The drawback of such filling of beverages is that a separate dispensing device is required or that the packages are mostly disposable only, which greatly increases the cost of the beverage.

The restaurant facilities now use a centrally located tapping facility, where the operator on request dispenses a drink to a customer sitting at the table. In some restaurants there are self-serving tables where the customer serves beer himself, right at the table. These tables are secured against displacement, as each table has a separate beer distribution, which is secured by a beer pipe from the beer tank to the table.

Such beer distributions are expensive to carry out and sanitize. These self-serving tables are only suitable for facilities where beer is stored in beer tanks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The drawbacks of the prior art are eliminated by the mobile self-service tapping table, which is based on the fact that a self-service tapping technology is incorporated in its base, i. that a stainless steel beverage, refrigeration, media and technical equipment needed for a self-service tap with a 230 V mains outlet will be placed in the pedestal

The advantage of this design is that the whole table, as a single compact unit, can be easily moved, either inside or outside the plant. It is also suitable for operations where there is no tank beer or where it is not possible to realize it by means of beer distribution.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Technical solution, mobile self-service tapping table, as one compact unit, shown in figure 1 consists of a tapping head 1 mounted on an eaves with a washer 2, which is mounted on a table top 3 and is mounted on a pedestal 4. On the tapping head 1 there are dispensing taps 11 are disposed through which customers dispense a beverage. In the base 4 there is a CO2 bottle 15, by means of which the beverage from the stainless steel drum 5 is pushed, from which the beverage goes through the cooler 6 into the tap head 1 and into the taps II. The cup 4 with a flow probe 7 is attached to the base 4, which is connected to the meter 8 and the display 9, which show the amount of beverage to be drunk. Downstream of the stainless beverage barrel 5 is a waste container 13 in which the wastewater from the washer 2 is collected. The cooling air inlet and the hot air outlet from the cooler 6 are provided by a grid 14. The pedestal 4 has an electrical triplet 10 with 230 V At the bottom of the base 4 there is a washable, stainless steel bottom 16 in which dirt is collected.

Mobile self-service tapping table, as one compact unit, will find application in types of restaurants and hospitality facilities, where visitors will be interested in serving drinks for themselves, making their stay in such facilities more attractive, as well as for small consumers at various summer events, beer presentations, parties, corporate and family celebrations.
