Abstract

The subject-matter of the invention is a folded package (1) preferably for sheet-like articles which are stacked congruently one above the other and are approximately sector-shaped in contour, for example filter paper inserts (4) for coffee machines or teamakers. The object of the invention is to provide a folded package (1) which can be produced inexpensively, is convenient to open up for removal of all the articles and can also be completely closed again. This is achieved in that the folded package (1) is produced from an integral, essentially square blank of paper or a similar, dimensionally stable, foldable material, which blank is folded in from two mutually opposite corners, extending in the manner of a wrapping around the stack of articles to be packaged. The folding-in takes place in such a way that a pocket (5) which envelopes the stack of articles on all sides is formed on one wrapping side and a lid flap (8) is formed on the opposite side, which lid flap can be fixed in relation to the pocket (5) by means of a reusable closure device (10). Description

The invention relates to a folded packaging, in particular for sheet-like products of equal thickness, stored on top of each other and in plan view consisting of sections, such as a filter paper insert for coffee or tea machines.

The state of the art

Until now, containers for goods of this type, in particular for filter paper inserts for coffee or tea machines, have been produced preferably as cardboard folded boxes. It is also known to package these products in shrink-wrap packaging.

Packaging of the first type is comparatively more expensive because it is made of cardboard and therefore has a larger content than it necessarily needs packaged goods.

Wrapping, for example, filter paper cartridges for coffee or tea machines in shrink foils, has the disadvantage that the wrapper must tear and after opening such shrink wrapping packages it is not possible to re-close securely, so that the filter paper inserts must generally or similar goods from an already opened shrink-wrap packaging.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to provide a folded packaging which is both cost-effective and advantageous in terms of use, since it allows easy opening and several new closures.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the folded packaging is made of a one-piece, substantially quadratic cut-out of paper or the like in a fold-shaped material which is bent from two opposite corners depending on the type of tab around the wrapped goods boundary The folds are formed by joining the corresponding bent portions a secure pocket, and on the opposite side a cover sheet is formed which completely covers the free opening of the pocket and is fastened to the pocket by means of a closure device, the fold layers of the cover tab being joined to each other so it is foldable far enough to allow the individual items to be removed from the pocket, but it is also automatically pivotable from its open position again to its closed position.

Such a folded package may be made of a relatively inexpensive material, such as paper, plastic-coated paper, but also suitable plastic sheets, and may close the packaged goods practically tightly, so that the finished packaging has no or virtually no bulk packaging. no empty space. The folded package may be sufficiently opened to remove individual sheet-like items, such as filter paper liner, and can also be resealed without difficulty after removing, for example, the filter paper liner, since uncontrolled bending is prevented with respect to the cover tab design. A package is thus provided for the user, which at least during the gradual removal of the packaged goods retains the shape stability and thus the protective function.
