Abstract

Vynález sa týka štruktúry prenosného nanooptického čipu založeného na princípe generácie plazmónov a na úprave plazmonického nanočasticového povrchu. Nanooptický čip detekuje veľmi nízke koncentrácie látok/molekúl v životnom prostredí (voda, vzduch, pôda), potravinách a biologických systémoch. Nanooptický čip je tvorený plazmonickými nanočasticami (NPs), ktoré sú vhodne tvarovo a distančne prispôsobené a imobilizované na substráte. Selektivita a citlivosť takto vytvoreného nanočasticového povrchu na detekciu analyzovaných molekúl sa moduluje a zvyšuje funkcionalizačným procesom spočívajúcim v naviazaní špecifických linkerov na NPs.
