Claims (19)

  1. NOTRANJA POVRŠINA ALUMINIJASTE LIVARSKE JEKLENE LUPINE NAVITKA, KI JE ODPORNA NA LUŠČENJE IN KOROZIJO PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Aparat za tračno litje, ki vsebuje: cilindrično jedro navitka; in lupino navitka, ki ima površino zunanjega premera in nitridirano površino notranjega premera.
  2. 2. Aparat po zahtevku 1, cilindrično jedro navitka nadalje vsebuje jeklo.
  3. 3. Aparat po zahtevku 2, cilindrično jedro navitka nadalje vsebuje prevleko SS420.
  4. 4. Aparat po zahtevku 1, lupina navitka nadalje vsebuje jeklo.
  5. 5. Aparat po zahtevku 4, lupina navitka nadalje vsebuje enega izmed HS-521, T-244 in HSC-621.
  6. 6. Aparat po zahtevku 1, pri čemer ima nitridirana površina notranjega premera lupine navitka trdoto, ki je večja od trdote jedra.
  7. 7. Aparat po zahtevku 1, pri čemer ima nitridirana površina notranjega premera lupine navitka trdoto 60-68 Rc.
  8. 8. Aparat po zahtevku 1, pri čemer nitridirana površina notranjega premera lupine navitka vsebuje uniformni molekularni vezani površinski sloj.
  9. 9. Aparat po zahtevku 1, pri čemer nitridirana površina notranjega premera lupine navitka vsebuje dušikove atome v raztopini in v obliki spojine, razpršene skozi debelino, ki je vsaj 0,004 inče.
  10. 10. Aparat po zahtevku 1, nitridirana površina notranjega premera lupine navitka nadalje vsebuje supernasičeno trdno raztopino železa in dušika.
  11. 11. Aparat po zahtevku 1, pri čemer površina zunanjega premera lupine navitka ni nitridirana.
  12. 12. Metoda za proizvodnjo aparata za livarski navitek, ki vsebuje: priskrbimo jekleno lupino navitka, ki ima površino notranjega premera; nitridiramo površino notranjega premera jeklene lupine navitka; montiramo nitridirano jekleno lupino navitka na jekleno jedro navitka; in s krčenjem prilagodimo nitridirano jekleno lupino navitka na jedro navitka.
  13. 13. Metoda po zahtevku 12, pri čemer nitridiranje površine notranjega premera jeklene lupine navitka vsebuje vsaj enega od sledečih postopkov: ionsko nitridiranje, plinsko nitridiranje in nitridiranje s solno kopeljo.
  14. 14. Metoda po zahtevku 12, pri čemer nitridiranje površine notranjega premera jeklene lupine navitka vsebuje ionsko nitridiranje.
  15. 15. Metoda po zahtevku 12, pri čemer se nitridiranje površine notranjega premera jeklene lupine navitka izvaja dokler površina notranjega premera jeklene lupine ne vključuje supernasičene trdne raztopine železa in dušika.
  16. 16. Metoda nitridiranja površine notranjega premera lupine navitka, ki vsebuje sledeče korake: priskrbimo jekleno lupino navitka; očistimo površino jeklene lupine navitka; segrejemo jekleno lupino navitka na prvo temperaturo; izpostavimo površino jeklene lupine navitka mešanici dušika in vodika; segrejemo jekleno lupino navitka na drugo temperaturo, ki je višja kot prva temperatura; in apliciramo tok, da ustvarimo dušikovo plazmo.
  17. 17. Metoda po zahtevku 16, pri čemer je prva temperatura 425°C in druga temperatura 455°C.
  18. 18. Metoda po zahtevku 16, pri čemer je tok 15 KW.
  19. 19. Metoda po zahtevku 16, ki nadalje vsebuje vzdrževanje dušikove plazme vsaj 10 ur.
